Chapter Three- Redstone

A/N) Oh my goodness people are actually reading this story. I apologize for my extended absence,  I have been very busy and actually forgot I had a Wattpad account. I came back with over 200 notifications! Anyways, enjoy!!! 

Olivia stretched, having just woken up. Time to start another day in Redstonia, she thought to herself as she did every morning. She cracked her eyes open to see... trees? What?

She sat up, suddenly alert. All around, everywhere she looked, there were trees. How in the heck could she have possibly ended up in a forest?

Standing up, Olivia tried to recall the last thing she remembered. She'd stayed up late again working on a new Redstone project: a fully automated sugarcane farm. The farm itself was a bit bulky, but easy to hook up. She'd just been working on the collection system... Perhaps she'd fallen asleep and went sleepwalking? But then again, she vaguely remember a bright flash of light...

Something in her gut told her that however she ended up here had to do with something Jesse did. Jesse always seemed to get into... a special kind of trouble. 

I should try to figure out where I am, Olivia thought to herself. Despite the possibility of getting further lost, Olivia ventured into the forest. Perhaps it was just her nerves, but she could've sworn she saw shapes zipping around in the shadows. 

In the distance, Olivia could see a dark shadow. Hoping it was a tall building, she rushed through the trees toward it.

And then once she saw what it was, her jaw dropped.

Huge Redstone farms were everywhere! How lucky was she to come across this? There must have been a team of at least twenty people to make farms so big and so efficient!

A neat border of yellow and black surrounded the spectacle. The ground surrounding the farms looked brown and kind of dead, but that small detail was not at the front of Olivia's mind. Staring, she could see a sugar cane farm, a tnt log farm, and many other farms that she couldn't identify. What were those tall green stick things? What was that nearly vertical farm with water? And what on earth was that giant thing in the sky?

Olivia had to meet these people. If not to get directions back to Redstonia, then perhaps to simply ask questions about these farms.

A nearby firework startled her. She looked in the direction it sounded from to see a figure with Elytra flying by. Elytra? How did they get their hands on such a rare item? 

"Hey!" Olivia shouted, trying to get this man's attention. "HEY!"

The figure must have heard her, for they turned around and landed nearby. He turned out to be a tall man in a neat suit with a black mustache. He didn't really look like an engineer to Olivia, but the patches of Redstone dust stained on his shirt gave him away. He looked confused to see her for some reason, as if he didn't meet many strangers.

"Hello?" He asked.

"Erm, hi!" Olivia responded. "I'm Olivia. I was wondering if you... knew where Redstonia was?"

"I've never heard of it, sorry," the man said. "I'm Mumbo Jumbo."

Strange name, Olivia thought. "Nice to meet you, Mumbo! So... where are we exactly?"

Mumbo thought for a second. "Well, this is my industrial district," he replied. "It's where I keep all my farms-"

"Wait, your farms?!" Olivia exclaimed. "I thought for sure that this was the work of a huge team!"

"Oh, really?" Mumbo said with a laugh. "But, uh, how did you even get here? To this world, I mean."

"I have absolutely no idea."

"Well," Mumbo started, pulling out a small box-like thing. "I better message Xisuma."
