Their lips join causing an exhilarating spark between the two. They had only met this lunch time but there was something instant about there relationship, to anyone else it would seem fast but really it wasn't. The connection they have is something one would achieve in months but for them, it was different they knew it was different so they didn't pull away. Jughead depended the kiss taking his hands from his camera and bringing his hands to cup her face, while she dropped the flower in her hand and brought her hand to the side of his neck. He slowly slid his tongue in her mouth with her permission, of course, Betty noticed he tasted of peppermint and she loved it, she loved his taste. He also could taste her tongue and she tasted of raspberry and vanilla much like her scent, he also loved it. He craved it. They slowly pulled away resting there for heads together.
J-God Betts,you're fucking stunning.
He said before capturing her soft lips in another passionate kiss. A few amazing minutes later they both pulled away, their hearts were racing. They just had their first kiss ever, both of them have never kissed anyone before.
B-God, that was wonderful Jughead.
She breathed, still out of breath from their lustful make out session.
B-I need to take you somewhere.
He smiled, she was going to take him somewhere to do stuff...well that's what he thought. He had obviously not had sex before considering he had never kissed a girl so he was nervous even though he shouldn't have been.
J-Okay...yeah.
He breathed, nodding his head.
B-Why do you sound so nervous?
J-I don't know it's just I've never done 'it' before.
Betty was confused to say the least she didn't understand what he was getting at...at first.
B-No! That's not what I meant you horny boy!
She giggled, she decided to make a joke out of it rather than making him embarrassed but nonetheless he was still embarrassed. His whole face went red and he hid his face in his hands.
J-Oh my god I'm so sorry...I-I just...
He stuttered before running off picking up his camera and brown leather satchel.
B-Jughead wait!
Betty shouted but it was no use he was gone. She couldn't believe he was so embarrassed, it was a simple mistake. They just had there first kiss she didn't want it to end on a bad note so she followed the beanie wearing boy to his tiny trailer on the Southside. She was surprised at where he lived it was worse than she thought, there was trash everywhere and beer bottles, it also smelt industrial. She was so distracted by her surroundings that she didn't notice the catcalling coming from three older men with black leather jacket that had green snakes on them. She just turned around and ignored it as she walked to the trailer that had a 'Jones' mailbox outside with some old patio furniture. She is walking up the steps, when one of the older guys gropes her. She wants to cry, she feels so humiliated that she turns around and pushes down them causing him to fall on the ground and groan.
This alerts Jughead who was sitting on the worn out couch with his head in his hand thinking about how embarrassing that was. He comes outside and sees Betty with tears in her eyes and Tallboy on the ground. He doesn't really give two shits about Tallboy as Betty is almost in tears, he leads her into the trailer and sits her down on the couch. Even though there is lots of clutter,bottles and it reeks of alcohol he doesn't care all he cares about is her and how she's doing.
J-Betty what happened?
He asked causing her to break out into sobs. She felt so objectified and humiliated she didn't want to tell him about it but she trusts him.
B-I-I was walking t-to see you after what happened a-and they catcalled m-me then the t-tall one touched me.
She stuttered in tears. Betty felt so violated and degraded when it wasn't even her fault.
To say Jughead was angry was an understatement someone had just touched Betty. He cared for her so much and for some other man to even come close to her made his blood boil.
J-I'm gonna kill them!
He screamed, Betty jumped at this side of him but she wasn't scared if anything this made her happy. He was protecting her and guarding her it made her feel safe with him. Then she realised what -would actually happen if he killed him she wouldn't be able to see him again because he would be in jail. So she stood up and took his face in her hands.
B-Juggie calm down okay? I'm fine but I want to take you somewhere.
J-Okay come on then take me somewhere.
He chuckled, she squealed happily, took his hand and dragged him out side where Tallboy was nowhere to be found. So they went off together walking into the autumn breeze with the wind blowing in their hair. Together.
