Farzana looked at Ridwaan who was playing volleyball with his friends and a couple of other people from the resort. She was quietly listening to the women, giving a couple answers here and there.
"Farzana, how have you been adjusting to being Queen?" Zahraa asked, she looked at her and smiled.
"Shukar alhumudlilah,I've been adjusting well.Ridwaan has been a big help though."
"Have you had any issues?"
Farzana looked at Salama with a raised eyebrow,"As in?"
"Any issues with your patronages?"
Farzana knew she was not allowed to discuss any information so she had to give a diplomatic answer,"Nam,there have been no issues at all."
"It must have been a tough change for you, considering you moved from South Africa." Sabeera said and Farzana shook her head.
"Not really,I mean Rahilah is a Muslim country so the laws for me weren't difficult to adjust to.I grew up in a Muslim household so it was an easy change."
"South Africa has some very beautiful masjids.I went there a couple years ago,MashaAllah it is a beautiful country." Salama complimented.
"Nam,our masjids are really beautiful."
"Zana."
She turned her head as Ridwaan came towards her,"Nam?"
He kneeled down and she looked at him,"Do you have sunscreen?"
She chuckled as she nodded her head,"I do."
"Please spray on my face."
She rolled her eyes as she took it from her bag,"What happened to you won't get sunburnt?" She teased as she shook the bottle,"Close your eyes."
Ridwaan closed his eyes and she sprayed his face followed by his arms,"There you go."
"Rub it in.My hands have grains of sand on them."
Farzana nodded her head as she rubbed the sunscreen in on his face then his arms,"There you go."
"Jazakallah." He opened his eyes looking at her with a smile,"Generally we play women versus men, want to play?"
Farzana smiled at him,"I will.Just so you know I used to play for my school team and went until the nationals."
Ridwaan's mouth dropped open at her words as he narrowed his eyes,"Well, this will be fun considering I was also on my team." He looked over his shoulder,"Can we make this men versus women match?"
"Yes,let's do that." Ibrahim said from where he stood and Ridwaan looked at Farzana.
"Game on."
They ended up playing until the asr azaan went off,"The women win this match." Zaidan announced.
"All thanks to Farzana that is.You a great leader,Farzana." Salama complimented her.
"Jazakllah."
"I think we should have a rematch tomorrow, you know maybe this was just your luck." Yusuf said and Nasreen put her hand on his arm.
"Aww,is someone a sore loser?"
Yusuf narrowed his eyes at her as he poked her side causing her to squeal,"I'm not a sore loser,I just think your luck worked this time."
"Okay a rematch tomorrow but no rematch after that.Deal?"
"Deal."
They proceeded to the salaah area with the women going into their tent and the men making their way into their tent area. They performed their salaah before meeting up outside the tent area.
