Jack, Todd, and Ritchie's unconscious bodies had been tossed into the back of a van as the doors slammed shut. As soon as the doors were closed, Jack's eyes shot open, glowing a golden yellow.
"I can't believe it, we got Lucifer's kid and we weren't even looking for him," the demon said as they headed to the front of the van. "Maybe Raphael won't vaporize us for leaving Adam alone."
"The guy's a vegetable," the other demon told him. "What are the odds he's going to get up and walk away?"
As the three demons headed to the doors to get into the van, the back of the van started glowing a bright white. Just before the driver could get into the front seat, an angel blade stabbed through his back. As a bright light shined in his eyes, two more angel blades stabbed the other two demons to kill them.
"I am so over demons," Todd told them. "Let's go find Adam before anything else happens."
Three Minutes Later
The three hunters stared at the empty hospital bed with Adam's hospital gown laying on the floor.
"Son of a bit--"

Adam fell to his knees as he saw the remains of his destroyed home. He'd been a bit wobbly as he got used to walking again, and he didn't have a pair of shoes to walk in, but he wasn't about to let any obstacle keep him from his child.
"I'm sorry, Adam," Castiel said as Adam looked up at him.
"It's just a house, but Hunter's alive. I know he's alive. He's survived a hell of a lot worse than a stupid house blowing up," Adam said angrily. "My little boy is alive, and I will destroy anyone or anything that keeps me from him."
"In the meantime, we have nowhere to go," Samandriel said. "We need weapons, and hopefully a way to contact Ben. So far we haven't been able to reach Sam, Dean, Ben, or anyone we know."
"Every hunter we know just seems to have vanished," Castiel told him. "Bobby, Jodie, the Colby brothers, all of them seem to have vanished."
"Or Raphael got to them first," Adam said as he stood up. "How about the bunker?"
"It may be compromised."
"Doesn't matter," Adam told him. "Best case scenario is that it's abandoned. But we might be able to find our friends, even if we have to use magic. If we are all that's left... I say we grab every weapon we can carry and take the fight to Raphael ourselves, or..."
"Or?" Samandriel asked.
"There might be a weapon we can use," Adam said with a smirk. "But we have to find it first. For that, we might have to go back to the bunker regardless."

Hunter and A.J. stood in the kitchen as A.J. stirred a pot of sauce while Hunter checked on the spaghetti.
"How's the sauce coming?" Hunter asked. "If this ends up being our final meal, at least it'll be homemade."
"Here, try it," A.J. said as he let his friend have a taste. "What do you think?"
"Oh my Chuck!" Hunter smiled. "That's... delicious. Seriously, that's the best sauce I've ever had. Usually, I don't get home-cooked meals, Uncle Ben just orders out with a stolen credit card."
"You're just saying that," A.J. said as he went back to stirring. "You don't have to be kind."
"A.J., you've got a gift, don't be ashamed," Hunter told him. "If we survive what's coming, you should become a chef. You can be huge."
