~Annas POV~

5 days have gone by. It's now saturday. Me, Lily, Cedric and Draco decided to go to Hogsmade to find things to wear for the yule ball. I convinced my brother to help out. My great plan was genius. I would go to the ball with Draco like planned and Cedric and Lily are going together. Cedric didn't even want to go to the ball with Cho. They care for each other lots but he said he felt like he was forced to ask her to the ball so they decided to just leave each other be. I know Lily and Cedric don't like each other in that way but they've been hanging around each other for so long because of me they might as well get to know one another.

We walked into the dress shop. I haven't been here before and neither has Lily or Draco but Cedric has for something when he was our age. It was amazing to say the least. There were dresses floating without mannequins, there were tape measures flying everywhere and there were suits folding themselves. Me and Lily ran off to look at the dress while Draco and Cedric were looking at dress robes. I turned the corner of the shop and there it was. The perfect dress. It was dark green and was floor length. It wasn't a ball gown but still came out a bit at the waist. It was a dark lush green that shimmered when the light hit it. I called Lily to come take a look. She gasped.

"Should I try it on?" I asked.

She nodded quickly and I put it over my arm. I waited until Lily picked a dress so we could try them on at the same time. Lily tried on a navy blue mermaid dress that was floor length and sparkled in the light.

"Ready?" I asked. And we both stepped out of the changing rooms. We were both shocked on how amazingly well the other one rocked their dress. We knew they were the perfect dresses. We paid and so did Cedirc and Draco. We didn't let the boys see our dresses because we wanted it to be a surprise. The whole way back to Hogwarts I could tell that Cedric was scared. I knew it was for the second task of the tournament. The first task looked hard but he got through it pretty well, all the competitors did. But then tasks only get harder from here.
