~Lily's POV~
Cedric and I walked in with linked arms. We were walking right behind Harry and his date. I was trying to see who it was. I felt like I recognized her dark auburn hair but I couldn't make out who. I wasn't focused on the amount of eyes watching me as I walked down the center with Cedric. Then Harry and his date turned around. I tried to keep it closed but my mouth dropped. I was confused. How could he do this to me? How could he go with one of my roommates?
"Evie?" I whispered under my breath. I turned to face Cedric and we started dancing. I didn't even focus on my steps until Cedric started talking.
"You okay?" He whispered with a confused face. I looked over at Harry and Evie dancing.
"Oh. I'm sorry." He said. As much as I was mad, tonight wasn't all about me. I smiled at him.
"It's all alright. You're a better dancer anyways." He giggled and we kept dancing. I felt better just dancing. It kept my mind off of Harry. Eventually the song stopped and everyone clapped.
"You wanna go take a seat?" Cedric asked. I nodded but I didn't want to. Dancing was nice and I didn't have any worries but now I have to face the real world.
