Steve was sitting at the island eating Lucky Charms while reading the paper when he heard someone clear their throat. He looked up to come face to face with his childhood friend (now husband) standing in the middle of the doorway with his arms crossed, his hair slicked back -with what looked like water- and a frown on his face.
"Good morning babe" Steve said looking back down, continuing reading the news.
"Don't 'Good morning babe' me. Why did you leave me in bed. I woke up and you were gone."
"Oh honey." Steve got up and walked towards Bucky with his arms opened wide. Bucky smiled and ran up to him.

Steve pulled away and ruffled his husband's hair .

"Steeeeeb. It was perfectttt" Bucky whined stomping his foot on the floor like a child. Steve smiled as he went back to the paper and his breakfast. The brunette fixed his hair and then went over to the stove to make some eggs.

"By the way, me, you, Wanda and Nat are going shopping for the nursery in a few hours" Steve said, eyes still fixed on the paper.
"Today? I thought we were going on Saturday"
"Buck....today is Saturday"
"Oh.. well then, that's my plans out the window"
"Exactly what 'plans' did you have?" Steve asked looking back at Bucky who was flipping his omelette.
"Well for your information I was actually start working on binging all the Star Wars movies but I can't now...Can i?"
Steve chuckled as he got up to put his bowl in the sink. He walked over to Bucky and snaked his hands around his waist and rested his chin on his lover's shoulder. "Well, we can do that together after we finish the nursery."

Bucky grinned but quickly shook the captain off, pretending he was annoyed. But he low-key wanted to do that though. Steve went to their bedroom to shower and get changed, leaving Bucky by himself watching The Office. Buck soon finished his omelette and went upstairs to shower. He entered his room to see Steve putting on some shorts. Bucky smirked.
"I'm sorry Buck but...I'm kinda busy" he said seriously and slipped on a black t shirt that said "Stark Industries". Tony had given to him for his birthday and Steve actually found it comfortable. Bucky felt jealous and Steve had to explain multiple that it was just a t-shirt. Bucky rolled his eyes and headed into the shower. He came out 30 minutes later.
"Took you long enough" Steve said, sitting on the bed, reading without looking up. Bucky rolled his eyes and tied his hair up in bun. Steve looked up to see Bucky pulling up his boxers, droplets of water on his damp skin. (😖) Steve stared in awe as the White Wolf slipped on a plain grey t shirt with a small Captain America shield and plain grey sweatpants. He saw Steve staring at him from the corner of his eye.
"I'm sorry Steve but...I'm kinda busy" he winked as he released his hair and shook it (in sexy way) and left the room, leaving Stevie agape.

Steve quickly fixed his hair and frantically searched for his jacket.
"STEEEEEB"
"STEEEEVE"
"COME ON STEVE"
"CAP HURRY UP"
Wanda, Nat and Bucky all screamed for him to hurry up.
"JUST WAIT! I CAN'T FIND MY JACKET"
"THE LEATHER ONE?"
"YES THAT ONE"
"YOU LEFT IT IN THE CAR NOW HURRY UP"
Steve groaned in frustration and quickly ran downstairs, nearly tripping, and caught up with the trio as they were heading for the garage.
"Took you long enough" Bucky commented, smirking, as they sat down in the car. Steve drove, Wanda sat in the front and Nat and Buck sat in the back. Natasha and Bucky hated when Steve drove because he drove like an old man...which he was but you would think that someone as cool as him would drive a bit higher than the speed limit.
