Ralph's POV

Today is the day that we are all been waiting for. I am damn nervous as I entered the supreme court.

I don't know what will happen inside that's why I am like this.

Kinakabahan ako at the same time nasusuklam dahil makikita ko ang dahilan kung bakit ako naghirap. Makikita ko ang mga taong tumarantado sakin, sa nanay ko at sa kapatid ko. Ang mga taong ang kakapal ng mukang gawan ako ng masama.

"Calm down. This is gonna be ok." The woman beside me calmed me down.

"I'm just nervous at the same time angry. I don't even wanna see their faces." Nakapikit na sabi ko.

"It's fine ok? Just stay calm. This is gonna be fine." She assured me. I smiled at Amber and then caressed her hand. I really don't know what yo do without her. It's like, i'm not gonna function if she's not with me.

"Let's go inside. They are waiting for us." Mas lalo akong kinabahan sa sinabi ni Jiro.

Even though i'm a bit nervous, I still manage to enter with an intimidating face. I didn't show any emotion at all.

There are police mens inside. I think they are 10 to 15. Also there are many people who's gonna watch the hearing.

Nang makaupo sa harapan ay tinignan lamang kami ng judge tapos ay bumalik na sa kaniyang binabasa.

After a minute or so, the judge stand up and look at everyone intently.

"Good morning." She greeted with firmness on her voice. " We are gathered here to be the witness of this case. There are two different cases. The first one is about Mr and Mrs Alfaro and the other is about Mr Alfabia. The court summoned me to witness and justify my decision about this matter. Please be seated." After that she sat down.

"Good morning. I am Attorney Jiro Cuaton. I am here to justify the case that we want to file. Also to present all the evidences we've gathered." Panimula ni Jiro. He's so serious. " In our previous hearing, the truth came out. I have here the witnesses again to speak what they've seen, heard and experienced. We also have footages, records and all the things that you need to prove everything." Seryosong sabi ni Jiro.

"You may present your witness."

Alley entered the court and then sat on the box beside the judge.

"Do you promise that everything you will say in this court is nothing but all the truth?" Alley said Yes. "You may now speak."

"I am hereto tell you what happened. I was a little drunk that day because i went to a party. I stayed in the party for two hours before i decided to go home. Pagdating ko sa bahay, usually binubuksan kaagad nila yung gate kapag alam nilang nandon na ko, pero that day, they seem to forget that. Walang nagbukas ng gate kahit ang aga aga pa. Bumusina ako, I called them many times but no one came out, so that's why i decided to do it by myself. To make the story short, I saw my Yaya lying on the floor in the kitchen and then when I went out my guard is in the grass, full of blood. I was acussed of killing them. But I promise I did not." Huminga ng malalim si Alley bago nagpatuloy. " Hinanap ko ang suspect na nakita sa cctv. Nang mahanap ay nag confess sila kung sino ang nag utos. And it was Uncle Raf. I came and speak here to claim the justice that my workers didn't have when they were brutally killed under his name!" Turo ni Alley kay Dad.

"Objection your honor, I believe that my client can't do such things like that." Sagot agad ng bagong attorney na kapit ni dad. Para maging fair ay kinuhanan ulit ng bagong attorney si Daddy. Dahil si Cart pala ay isang pekeng prosecutor. Nagpanggap lamang ito dahil binayaran siya.

"Objection your honor. We are not yet done. We can show evidences. We have witnesses that can justify all the wrong doings he have done." Sagot din ni Jiro.

"Let's continue!" Utos ng judge kaya ang sumunod na umupo ay ang mga lalaking inutusan na ipapatay ang mga kasambahay at ang guwardiya sa bahay ni Alley.

"Ako po si Rolando Perez, isa ho ako sa nanloob sa bahay ni Ms. Alley. Hindi ko naman ho sana gagawin ang utos kaya lang ho e kapos kami sa pera. May anak at asawa po ako na umaasa sakin kaya nagawa ko yon. Saka malaki po ang ibabayad kaya pinatos ko na." Agad na nag init ang ulo ko. Why do people chose to have this kind of mindset. Hindi pa pwedeng maghanap nalang ng matinong trabaho para matustusan ang pamikya nila?! Why do they have to kill someone just to have money!

"Excuse me Mr. Perez. But may I ask how much did Mr. Rafael Alfaro payed just to conduct the plan?" Walang ano ano'y tanong ni Jiro.

"Ah eh, mga nasa isang daang libo ho ser. Kasiya na ho iyon para kami'y magsimulang pamilya." Sagot nito.

"Thank you for answering Mr. Perez." Magalang na sabi ni Jiro.

Sumunod na umupo sa box ay ang isa pang kasama ni Mr. Perez.

"Ako po si Nicanor Hernandez, ako po yung kasama ni Lando, ang dahilan naman po kung bakit ako pumayag sa kagustuhan niya ay dahil sinabi niya na bibigyan niya ng scholarship ang anak ko ho. Kasama na ho doon ang bayad. Mapatutunayan ho namin na si Don Rafael ang nag utos dahil ho may kasunduan at kasulatan kami." Grabe, may ganyan pa palang mga tao. Mas lumala pa.

"Three of my witnesses already shared their statement your honor. But I have here two more person who will also share their statement. Ms. Reyes, please come in." Pagkasabi noon ni Jiro ay agad na bumukas ang pintuan at doon lumabas si Andree.

Yes, she also volunteered to be a witness para naman mabigyan na ng hustisya ang lahat ng mga nangyari.

"I am Andree Reyes, I am here to state nothing but the truth." Fierce na pagkakasabi ni Dree.

"Your just wasting your time!" Nanggagalaiti sa galit na sigaw ni Daddy. Himala na sa mga nagsalita ay ngayon lamang siya nag react.

"Oh, shut up." Inis na sabi ni Dree na ikinatawa ko ng bahagya. She's so fierce just like her sister. " I am with Faith the day when she was kidnapped." That shocked me. What the? She didn't told us. "She was drag by coupons of men. I was left there standing. Faith's bracelet was left behind. They beat me up. Yes, after they got Faith, they tried to also drag me, but I tried to pull myself. Lumaban ako para hindi nila kami makuha! I tried my best, but I failed. They got Faith and left me because some of the people there noticed and responded immediately." She stated.

"You bastard! How can you say such things without evidence?!!!" Galit na sigaw ni Tita Allesia.

"Shut up! I have evidences! Para saan ba ang cctv?!! Tss." Napairap na lang sa inis si Dree.

"The evidences are already in our custody week ago. We examined every evidences they provided." Pagsingit ng judge sa usapan.

"Your honor, all of my provided witnesses already speak, but there is still one left. I will let her speak herself to bring justice on what Mr. Alfaro did." Jiro said seriously.

"Let her speak." Utos ng judge kaya bumukas ang pintuan at pumasok si mom. Yes, my mom also stand as a witness and complainant.

"Please speak." Magalang na sabi ni Jiro bago nag umpisang magsalita si mommy.

"I stand here because I cannot held this things anymore. Listen to me. All I will say in this supreme court is the truth. I promise that it is nothing but the truth." Umpisa ni mom. She sighed heavily before continuing her sentence.
