"I-i'm sorry Chae."

I breathed deeply.

"All right. You're forgiven. Now leave me alone." I said and looked outside the window. I don't wanna talk to her any longer.

But I still felt her presence behind me. She didn't leave.

"Why did you cut your hair Chae? I told you before that you'd catch a huge attention from girls if you do that."

"And so what?"

"Y-you'd be-"

"It doesn't concern you anymore Unnie. And besides, Yeri likes my hair better than before. I'll continue to have it short from now on."

She pulled my arms to force me into facing her.

"What is your relationship with that Yeri girl Chae? She also came at the bar last time when you got drunk and sent you home alone. Are you in a relationship with her?"

She sounds annoyed. I removed her hands from me and glared at her. I'm getting annoyed as well.

"I don't need to answer that question."

I closed the window behind me. "And if you're not leaving, then I am."

She then hugged me from the back in an effort to stop me. I closed my eyes.

Why is she doing this?

"Do you love her..Chae?"

She asked. Her face are buried on my nape.

"Yes."

I answered and removed her arms forcefully from my waist. Without looking back, I left her on that room crying.

I don't understand why she's doing this. She's in a relationship with Tzuyu yet she's acting like she's still in love with me.

"Do you still love me?"

"No. Not anymore Chae. I'm sorry."

That scene flashed back on my mind.

"She doesn't love you anymore Chae. Don't get fooled." I told myself.

------
It is finally the day that I would buy a new scooter. I invited Yeri over but that prick just told me off. She said she's busy.

Tsk. I bet she's just enjoying her massage right now. Busy my ass.

I kept on looking around the store. There's a lot of pretty choices but I wanted something cool.

A black scooter in the corner of the store catched my attention. When I went over to look more into it, I bumped into someone causing her phone to fell near my feet.

"I'm sorry." I said and bowed to that person.

When I picked her phone up, I accidentally saw her lockscreen.

Tzuyu?

She was way younger but I think it was Tzuyu who is in the lockscreen of this person's phone.

She grabbed the phone from my hands and bowed to me as well.

"Sorry, I was a bit in a hurry that I couldn't see you approaching. Thanks for picking up my phone."

I smiled at her. She's pretty.

"Oh, it's okay. It's partly my fault as well. I was so focused with that scooter that I did not look where I'm going."

She looked at the scooter I'm pointing at.

"Oh, that's a cool-looking scooter. You're buying it?" She asked.

"Yeah." I smiled.

She smiled back. "Oh, I forgot. I'm Sana. I owned the place, we just opened last week so I'm still in a hustle."

I took her hand and shook it.

"I see. I'm Chaeyoung. It's nice meeting the owner then."

"So do I. It's nice meeting a good-looking buyer."

We both chuckled. She's quite young to be a business owner but I guess, her family's rich so opening a business like this isn't that hard.

"Oh, by the way. I accidentally took a glimpse of your lockscreen earlier. That person kinda resembles someone I know. Is that perhaps Chou Tzuyu?"

She looked surprised. I was right?

"Y-you know her?"

I nodded. "She's a close friend of mine."

She looked worried. Her eyes roamed around and she suddenly became anxious about something.

"Uhhh, something wrong?"

She suddenly held my hands when I asked that.

"Can you please not tell her about meeting me? And also, do not mention about this store. Please? I know that it's something unusual since we just met but can you do that favor for me? I'll give you a great discount for that scooter you're buying."

My eyes sparkled with her offer. I do not know what's her relationship with Tzuyu but I guess it won't harm someone if I do that favor for her.

"Sure. It's hard to say no when you gave me that great of a deal."

She sighed in relief. "Thanks Chaeyoung."

"But can I ask what's your relationship with her?" I can't help but be curious.

Her eyes looked sad. "I'm...her childhood friend."

I felt like there's more than that but I zipped my mouth. I'll just settle with her answer.

"I see. Your secret is safe with me, Ms. Sana."

She smiled and thanked me again.

------
The result of cutting my hair short is a bit excessive than I expected.

I am not bragging, but lots of gifts are sent, not only on my locker, but also in my house. It's getting uncontrollable.

"You need to have a girlfriend."

Jihyo suggested when I joined their group again for lunch.

"I agree." Nayeon scanned her phone. "You also got lots of confessions from our University page. You became more popular than ever."

I made a face. Why are they so hyped up just because of my hair? I don't understand those fan girls.

"But why do I have to have a girlfriend?"

"Well, knowing that your still single, your female fans are starting to have courage. And soon they will flock around you, trying to catch your attention and court you."

I looked at Yeri. She's just eating silently.

"What do you think?" I asked her.

She stopped eating and looked at me. "Be my girlfriend."

Nayeon spit out the soda she's drinking. Me, myself almost got choked with my food. And Jihyo just smirked.

"That solves it, right?" She added.

I know about Yeri's feelings for me. I already cleared to her that she's someone special to me but she can't be more than a friend. And she accepted it. So why is she suddenly telling me this?

"Do you prefer a stranger posing to be your girlfriend then?"

"Yeri's got a point."

Nayeon agreed after recovering from that shock earlier. I looked at Jihyo and she also nodded in agreement.

"Fine."
