DEKU POV
After what had happened, Recovery girl had recommended staying in my dorm, Instead of worrying about exams and shit. She said it wasn't good for the baby. She also said that it would be good if I had a trusted friend close by at all times, just to make me feel more safe. Of course I hadn't hesitated when I told her that Bakugou had already volunteered and wasn't ready to take no as an answer. Even though he's not a friend, he's my boyfriend. So even better.
I looked beside me where Kacchan was sleeping. He was facing me, but his brows were furrowed, I started getting worried.
"Kacchan?" I whispered while lightly shaking him. He started panting and I sat up. "Kacchan!?" I said with a bit more force, but his eyes remained shut. Tears started to roll down his cheeks as he began to sob. I gasped in shock. I leaned down close to his ear.
"Kacchan? You're just having a bad dream, it's okay." I whispered softly while stroking his hair. "You need to wake up." He grit his teeth and I shuffled closer to him, trying to hug him, I started getting even more anxious.
He suddenly screamed and bolted upright, accidentally hitting me in the stomach and causing me to fall off the bed. He looked down at me clutching my stomach.
"DEKU!" He screamed, rushing over to me. He put his hand out, but I shuffled away. Tears were now streaming down my face.
"Why did you do that!?" I sobbed.
"I didn't mean to, it was an accident." He cried, and attempted to reach out to me again. I just moved away even more.
"I was just having a bad dream and I got mad because I was scared I was going to lose you again." He looked down and started getting uptight.
"Please...I'm sorry." He whispered while reaching out a second time, only this time, I let him touch me.
"It's okay." I mumbled. "Why don't we just go back to bed." I tried to calm down my heart beat. But the memories of what happened a month ago kept resurfacing. I stroked my 4 month pregnant stomach as I tried to forget about it.
"A-are they moving y-yet?" Kacchan spoke softly, as to not scare me anymore than he already had.
"Yeah, a lot actually." I said while looking away, I was still a little upset with him for punching me in the stomach. "Do you want to feel?" ...
