Iruka's pov
I introduced myself and did the attendance. Everyone was here except for Naruto, Hokage-sama talked to me about how naruto was special, he didn't say how so but I'll see soon enou-
I saw an orange and yellow blur bursting through the door. I guess that's what Hokage-sama meant by 'special.'

Sasuke's pov

I silently thanked Iruka sensei for getting rid of those loud banshees. However, before I could enter my thoughts again, a yellow blur entered the classroom.

"I'm uzumaki naruto. I'm going to be Hokage one day 'ttebayo!" Naruto screamed almost as loud as the banshees.

I mentally facepalmed, that uzumaki had changed, he didn't look like a loud brat while training. Maybe it was my imagination, and he was always a loud brat or was the naruto in front of me was my imagination. Honestly, I don't really care.

Naruto's pov

I shunshined outside at the hallway and prepared my grand entrance.

"Remember your mum's speech when she first arrived at the academy, I told you about?" Kurama suddenly said with a very suspicious look on his face
"Yeah, what about it?" I questioned
"I want you to say that speech as well."

I inwardly smirked and said "well if jiji wants me to hide my true power I guess I'll hide my true personality as well. It's so stupid and unnecessary... I like it"

(After his entrance)

"SHUT UP BRAT YOUR RUINING MY SASUK... I MEAN THE ENTIRE CLASSES EARS" screamed a pink-haired brat. I peaked at Iruka's attendance list and concluded that was haruno Sakura. Looking at her speech, she was probably a Sasuke fangirl.

"Shut up haruno at least my dream is possible, unlike yours, Sasuke would never want to be with you, try actually having a goal you can work for or are you going to be a fangirl for life?" I questioned smartly.

Oops, I think I kind of dropped my personality mask. I looked at the silent Sakura and the confused class.
"Pfttt look at all there faces" Kurama boomed with laughter. "Keep confusing them there faces are priceless."

I deadpanned at what the strongest of the bijuu takes an interest in.

Iruka's pov

I knew I had an embarrassing face of confusion on right now, but that's the least of my concerns. How did that brat switch from a loud shouting kid like Sakura to a brat who could perform the talk no jutsu? I saw him take a quick peek at my attendance sheet to find the pink-haired girls name. Hmm, maybe there's more to it, what if...

Gosh, I'm sounding like an English teacher analyzing everything to the last detail but the fact that the blond brat that may not be such a brat just shut up the loudest girl in the class with a few sentences still left me in shock.

I quickly shook out of my confusion state to find naruto chuckling innocently, geez how many personalities can one boy have?

3rd person pov
Naruto went to take the only seat available next to Sasuke, on purposely brushing past the pink-haired girl who was still in a state of shock.

The previous events also had Sasuke in more of a confused state he was already in, but being an uchiha, he easily brushed it off with a "hn."

Iruka started going over academy rules and expectations while many students just started zoning out.

"Also class I have a special announcement, we will be having a transfer student in a few months, she will take some time to get here as she is coming from the land of whirlpools, so I expect you guys to welcome her when she arrives" Iruka finished as he prepared to leave the classroom for first break.

The last sentence caught a few students attention. Most of them were just hoping she wasn't a loud screaming banshee or a completely silent girl.

Naruto heard the land of whirlpools and immediately shot up, seeing the attention he attracted, he shouted. "Well, I hope she's cute."
A few boys nodded in agreement.

In truth, naruto was thinking about his clan. Wasn't the land of whirlpools the past home for his clan? Jiji mentioned a few survivors that contacted Konoha there clan was attacked but haven't heard of them since. Could she be an uzumaki? Questions ran through his head as he slowly slumped back down to his desk.

Naruto's pov

What was I thinking? I mean I'm only around 25% uzumaki. I'm an uzumaki and senju on my mother's side and a namikaze with a slight bit of uchiha on my father's side. The namikaze's always had a distance blood relationship with the uchiha's somehow. None of them ever awoken sharingan, except for one of them in the far past. So I never really worried about it. It probably wasn't possible for me to do so anyway.

I jumped a bit when Sasuke bonked me on the head.
"Oi teme, what was that for" I shouted.

"I've been calling you for the last minute. Everyone already left for break. You would be the only one in here" Explained Sasuke.

"And why do you care?" I snapped back.

Sasuke pov

Geeze remind me never to have a verbal argument with naruto, he already won against Sakura.

He was right though, why did I even care? I could have just left him here.
"Cause I was going to stay here and I didn't want you bothering me," I replied.

"Well too bad teme I'm staying here as well" the blond replied.

I looked at him with a very annoyed face. And just replied with a "hn."

"And why do you care" naruto snapped back
Those words kept echoing in the back of my head. I concluded it was because of his very split personality. I have no idea what he's trying to do, but he's screaming across the village on second then staring into nothing silently next to me the next.

Wait, why was I staring at him? I guess I'm just more curious about him than I thought. I knew he worked hard before entering the academy, probably more than me as his fists looked slightly bruised and his shoes covered in bits of dirt.

Naruto, what are you hiding?
