Chapter 13 - The Sharingan Reborn

"You should try," Naruto plainly said.

"I can't it reminds me too much of-"

Sasuke didn't know why, but he followed naruto to training ground 44. The pair walked into the life filled jungle with the occasional sound of bushes rustling.

Before they knew it, the two were surrounded by a hoard of different animals. Sasuke immediately dropped into a fighting stance, only stopping when he felt a relaxed hand drop onto his shoulder.

"Sasuke calm down, these are my friends, and (proceeds to name a lot of animal names) this is Sasuke, my friend from the academy," Naruto introduced.

Sasuke furrowed his eyebrows and thought 'That blond dobe is friends with animals, weird but what can I expect from that usuratonkachi.'

The tensions lifted before naruto stuffed his hands into his pockets and proceeded to stroll deeper into the forest.

Sasuke hurried his pace, not noticing the beautifully built small house sitting comfortably in the surrounding.

"Naruto where are we-" Sasuke was cut off by himself as he gaped at the house presented. Not only was there a beautiful house in the middle of a forest, animals had surrounded, almost in a greeting fashion.

"Welcome to my forest of death hideaway; you like it?" Naruto asked.

Sasuke nodded before following the blond inside. It has a simple interior, a table, a few chairs, shelves, and a hallway which lead to the bedroom consisting of a desk and a single bed.

Naruto quickly changed into his extra set of clothing; it consisted of his normal black shirt, a fitting dark orange jacket and black sweat pants.

Sasuke simply took off his arm warmers.

In the training ground

"Wait up naruto" Sasuke shouted panting hard.

Naruto was currently warming up by running aimlessly around the forest, Sasuke, not wanting to get lost could only follow the speedy blond but was barely keeping up.

Naruto eventually stopped to the raven's relief.

"Sasuke you know about the sharingan and it's levels right?" Naruto asked.

"Uhh yes, 1,2,3 tomoes" Sasuke replied to the sudden question.

"Okay, let's help you activate your sharingan," Naruto smiled. "And I get to practice my taijutsu."

After a pretty long sparring session, the two were both sitting in the floor panting.

"Why are you smiling dobe."

"It's just I never had a real sparring partner," and with that, naruto bounced up and threw a punch at Sasuke.

Sasuke raised his hands to deflect the heavy punch before stepping away to sweep naruto's feet.
