"You're so adorable.", he giggled, at the purring cat when massaging her crown.

"Not more adorable than you are.
No wonder she fell in love with you at first sight.
Did you know that she doesn't like strangers?
She has trust issues, probably because of who knows what life she lived before I found her.", Yibo beamed affectionately at the two adorable kitties from his couch.

"But you said you want to know her story, ahhh.", he inhaled deeply when reaching out to caress Elsa, and his fingers got entangled in the cat's fur with Zhan's fingers.

Yibo pulled him into his arms, so tight that their lungs were hardly able to breath, and kissing his hair, he whispered repeatedly:

Elsa jumped to their attention, with her loud scratching, while trying to get inside the bag.

"Elsa, behave!
Oh, my god, what's this?", Yibo startled and almost dropped the gift bag to the ground, when two black shiny beads twinkled at him from inside the bag.

Zhan took out from the bag, the small ball of black fluff and placed it into Yibo's palms:
"Don't be scared, it's a harmless pet for A-Yuan, I hope he will like it.
I'm not gonna lie that it was pretty hard to find it.
It took me a whole day to check out all the pet stores from Beijing, but in the end I was lucky to find this little baby crow.
I didn't give him a name, as it should be A-Yuan's choice.
