Italics- nogitsune's whispers

Lydia

It was difficult to see the news lady on the screen Felicity was showing. "District Attorney, Dinah Laurel Lance is dead. She was later revealed by the family that she was the one going out at night, saving our city as the Black Canary. May her soul Rest In Peace," she said. "Tonight, people will gather around at her memorial for a moment of silence for the strong woman."

Felicity clicked off the screen and Lydia's eyes trailed to her. "Are you going?" Felicity asked. "Yeah," she nodded. "The Wailing Woman is back," Peter stretched, "now it'll be easier to find this girl. But I do hope she doesn't kidnap you and drag you to Oak Creek." She narrowed her eyes in annoyance and walked off the centerpiece. It was great to actually move her feet. Although she could do it all along, it felt better to do it openly.

Lydia sat at the circular table, leaning back and crossing her legs. She stared at Oliver who was staring blankly at a pillar. "How do you feel?" She asked as if it was a session. He glanced at her then back off into his daze. "I don't know how to feel," he spoke. She glanced up at Scott who shook his head, knowing he could smell his chemosignals.

She looked worriedly at him before getting up walking back to the centerpiece. She grabbed her coat that was laying on the table and put it on. "Let's go," she said and they all left the lair.

They all watched as Lance took off the tarp and revealed the gold, almost bronze statue that showed Laurel in her suit, holding a bat.

Lydia stared at the candle in her hand then back at the statue as Lance's words faded off. She could hear Felicity's faint sniffling from either the cold or the heartbreak. She could feel Malia's heat emitting and Kira's kitsune energy; the urge to slit her throat overwhelmed her.

Derek, Peter, Theo, Stiles, Diggle, Scott, and Argent stood quietly behind them. "Do you remember her grave?" Scott whispered. Lydia softly licked her lips and dropped her head, "Of course." "I visit sometimes," Argent spoke, "taking Alice there."

When Lance finished his speech, Lydia could see Oliver in the distance. His hands in his pockets, watching all of them. She wanted to run, run and give him a hug but she couldn't move. The banshee side of her could feel death lingering in the back and the nogitsune side of her knew the energy.

The two sides finally agreed. There was peace in her mind but also the wave of destruction was going to crash onto them.

Lydia's head turned and she could see both Sara and Thea up on higher ground, resting their arms on the ledge. The pack followed her gaze and they could all see them. They made eye contact with each other, knowing it was time to leave.

When they reached the hideout, Felicity immediately got on the computer to follow their next move. "The audacity to show up," Diggle muttered, crossing his arms. The elevator doors opened and Oliver came in with an angry face. "I saw them," he said firmly and they agreed.

"My sister," he exclaimed, opening his arms wide, "my sister and my friend, they did this." "It's not their fault," Scott said, taking a step forward. "Yes, it is! Lydia was paralyzed for a while and now Laurel's dead! Dead, because of her!" He shouted. "He's hurt," Malia whispered. "No shit. It's like I'd be perfectly fine," he snapped back sarcastically.

Strife. That's all she saw at him yelling. Yes, he was in pain, but she loved it. For now, that pain everyone was feeling was the bare minimum.
