Deku POV
Next DayYou could hear the outside crowd just beyond the changing room walls. Their cheers and yells bounced off from ear to ear. I felt as if I was sweating bullets.
"Oi, don't sweat it, alright? You'll do just fine." Kacchan reassured me wiping the sweat off my face. "You're Deku after all. I gave you that name because I wanted you to prove to people you're stronger then what you're actually named after."
"I thought it meant usel-"
He placed a finger over my lip to shut me up. "Ah, no. Do the impossible for me, okay?" He then bent down to floor level holding one of my ballet shoes. "Foot."
Flattering, Kacchan. But I didn't expect a 'May I have that foot of yours my dear, so I could caress those lovely toes of yours?'. It shows me he's rather my powerful king then a lame prince. I gladly oblige to the demand as he slipped on my slipper and wrapped it around me leg. It was only less then a year ago when he was in my bedroom and throwing a fit about how confusing they were to even tie. Now look at him, he's doing it for me personally. I reached out my hand to pick him back up when he finished. We ended up staring into a deep gaze until he broke it with a tight hug.
"Give 'em all you got."
Before I had time to respond the director came in telling me if I didn't head out immediately, my dance performance would be canceled. This startled me as I quickly scavenged around for the lip gloss and dashed out the door. Oh Kacchan! I dashed right back in and planted a kiss on his cheek before leaving again.
"Tch, real adorable, nerd."
I walked upon the stage decked down in black and red, just like Kacchan. The ballet outfit I wore showed my bare slim legs all the way up to the top of my thigh. My red ballet shoes ribbon wraps reached up to my knees. A black tutu hung over my waist line with frills. My outfit hung under my shoulders exposing my collar bone. Although, the frilly, poofy, sleeves did hang underneath my shoulders, connecting with the rest of the ballet fit. The dress as a whole was shimmery black, with red roses and rose pedals upon it. In my hair, I kept the normal curly green, but a singular rose was placed on top with a couple charmed crystals hanging from the side of it. Among my hands, I wore long see through, black gloves that reach my elbows, however; the glove was only held by my middle finger. As of recently I gave Kacchan an expensive luck charm I've been saving for months to buy. He gave me a necklace as a charm once before so, that was the least I could do for him. I shifted the rosy red and leafy green necklace around on my neck to straighten it out in line some before I got upon stage. I went for an all natural look makeup wise. The only thing different was harder blush then usual with white sparkles to play the role as my freckles over the pink blush.
"Now representing Izuku Midoriya. He's a first year in U.A. High School. Have you say anything to the audience?"
I swallowed hard to get rid of the lump in my throat. "I-I..."
"Take your time though, we don't have all day." Endeavor demanded crossing his arms and tapping his foot, obviously feeling impatient.
"I-I'm going to do the impossible!" I point my finger, flaring my hand in the air with my knees pointing inwards. "J-Just you wait...!"
"Then show us. You may start whenever you're ready." Hawks jeered amused.
"Hm!" I nod my head while giving a confident smile. "This dance is called, Deku!"
The music began to play and I slowly tip-toed back from the front of the stage, bringing my frontal torso down and scoping my hands till they crossed. When I got half way to the end, I switched my toes and brought my body up bringing my hands upwards with it, palms facing to the ceiling then turning back around after crossing once again. The music had a slight pause and I kept my head faced towards the ceiling. Light was the only thing I made contact with as darkness surrounded me. Then the music built up signalling me to start the next stunt. I skipped around, fluttering my feet through the warm air. My head was tilted back to embrace it all. I went straight for an En Pointe as it requires all my body to be weighed by the support of my toes.
