Bakugou POV
Damn, now what? I froze in place. Should I just tell them all to fuck off? No, I cant. I don't want to ruin the runt's day.
"A-ah, Kacchan... What do we do?" Deku mumbled out.
"I..."
"Hey! Do something! We didn't come here to not to see a show!" A familiar voice shouted.
"Yeah, dance man!"
"Preform! Show out! You are at a dance festival after all!"
"What she said! The floor is yours!"
Heh, look who it is. Beyond all the booing the extras were cheering us on in the crowd.
I look down at Deku to see him grinning. "If they want a show, let's give it to them."
"Hell yeah!" I nod.
"Aye, who came here for a show?" Deku hypes the crowd.
"We'll give it to you!" I let go of the nerd's hand. He knew exactly what to do.
"Everybody clap your hands!" Deku shouted, jumping and moving around everywhere. I followed this lead of his soon after.
People in the crowd hesitated. On the other hand, the extras started it up and everybody soon joined in on the amusement. "C'mon! Clap, clap, clap your hands!""Now shift those hips to the left!" Deku said swinging to the left.
"No! Pop them to the right!" I shouted, challenging the nerd on.
Everyone joined in, swinging their hips side to side. Some laughing still, slightly confused.
"Watch me, two steps forward! Hustle two steps back!" Deku lead.
"Get into it!" I yelled full of excitement.
The crowd was more of dub-stepping or, had their own style. That was the fun of it. Better then just watch a pair of lousy ass pros.
"Now kick! Yeah, keep it bussin'!" Deku gleamed. When did he start talking like that? Pfft, whatever.
"Break them damn legs people, KICK! DO YOUR THING!" I shouted smiling.
Deku popped down to the ground, swinging his elbows side to side. "Now you see know what we doin'! Pop it!"
"Low as you can go!" I went down to the ground as I seen the large crowd lower itself. We stayed there for about a minute till some of the crowd lost its balance. "Aye, now bring that ass back up! Bring it up!" Everyone slowly brought themselves up.
"All together people, jump! Jump! Jump!" Deku jumped up and down signalling. The flowing crowd of people followed this command as if it was a concert.
"Freeze!" I yelled to catch people off guard. Oh-ho and it did.
"And jump. " I said smoothly. People were really having a good time. But for me, this was the best time of my life. I looked over as I watched Deku enjoy himself as much as I did. Just as we were kids again."Freestyle!" I looked over at Deku. He looked like he was putting his Break dancing skills to the test. No way he was going to be the only one to impress these people. Deku and I started performing the same dance we performed in front of All Might and daddy issues, Father. The crowd stopped for a brief moment to watch us. Impressed? Bet you should be. Even the extras were amazed. Damn right. We deserved this spot light. Wait... We..? You know what? We, yes we. I wouldn't be here without his dinky ass.
"Everybody come join us! Don't just stand there!" What the hell is he doing? He bends down the stage signalling and helping people up on stage. Before I knew it there was a swarming crowd up there with us.
Deku POV
I looked over at Kacchan who was having the best time. I reached over for him, jumped off, and dragged him off stage.
"Deku?! What are you doing?!" Kacchan yells behind.
"Somewhere we can actually breath!" I said smiling like an idiot.
He then started running in front of me. I was still in his grip though, confused. We stopped for a rest beside a large bridge. The cold water sparkling underneath us. We were bending over out of breath. I looked up at him and he did the same as well towards me. All you could hear was small crickets and a stream of water flowing beneath the night. All of a sudden it was broken due to our laughter. I failed to hold onto the bar of the bridge and fell over onto the wooden bridge. I watched as he fell beside me. We stared at the stars shimmering in the dark blue sky."Deku-" "Kacchan-"
"Ha- you go first shitty Nerd." "Go ahead Kacchan."
We laughed once more.
"Since you insist to stop interrupting. I just want to ehm...uhm... I don't know how to exactly say this..."
"No need." I cut him off. "I get it."
"What?! I didn't say anything!" He said slightly sitting up onto his elbow.
In that moment, I understood. Completely, understood.
"You don't need too. Thank you for tonight, too. I had fun."
Bakugou POV
Not exactly what I was going for. I grasped his hand. Our fingers intertwined. Smooth, Bakugou. I smirk to myself. I look over ready to see his reaction. Are you deadass? He was snoring loud asleep. I sat up shaking my head. I rubbed his soft, freckled, cheek. He has always been this stunning, hasn't he? A short, cold breeze blew by making our clothes slowly flow with it. Huh, what is that? Moving his hood with him like this wouldn't count as sexual harassment, right? I bring my head slowly to his neck to inspect it. What the fuck is this?! Why is it so purple and blue. The real question is, why my slow ass hasn't noticed it, yet. I backed away and lifted him in my arms. He was light weighted so this has never been a problem. Still...
I'll take care of you, Deku.
