Chapter Eighteen

Isabella's POV

I was left all alone. He didn't say any disagreement about this unexpected marriage between the two of us.
Then the door opened.
"I'm going to send you home."
I got up and fix the bed. I cleaned everything and he got the paper bag with all my clothes inside.
We went to his car. His car is new. He opened his car for me and I got in. He put the seatbelt for me.
He's still wearing the ring in his finger.
"I remembered I thought you don't know how to use the black card."
"Then why?" I asked without looking at him.
"You bought smoothie."
"I'm sorry."
I closed my eyes. I don't want to talk to him.
I told him the direction going to my apartment. He parked his car on the other side.
"Bye." He said. "Say hello to Lee and Jonah"
"No." I shortly said. He took of the seatbelt.
"Whatever you want. Eat properly and take your meds okay."
"Who is Isabella?"I asked him. He looked away.
I got out and slammed the door.
I went inside the house. I haven't see Lee and Jonah.
" where are they?"
I saw their note on the refrigerator.
We went home,Belle. We'll come back after a week.

I sat on the sofa.
I'm alone.
My phone rang.
"Hello,Lee"
"How are you? Raven told us that you're sick. Are you fine now?"
"Yeah. I'm getting married to him."
"Oh really?"
"Lee,he has someone else. I can't be with him."
"You should talk to him."
"He won't answer me. I did. He didn't say anything."
"Just wait for him. Do you love him?"
"I did."
"Now?"
"I do and I will forever."
"Then hold on. You believe in that."

We talked for about two hours then I went to my room.
It's ten in the morning when I heard some footsteps walking around our house.
"Get all the necessary things. " I heard a man's voice. My heart began to palpitate. I silently locked the door. I didn't lock the front door?!
I got my phone and dialled his number. It's ringing. I began to panic.
"Hello?" He said.
"Someone is at our h-house." I said in a low voice.
"What?"
"Raven,please come back here." I cried and I tried my best not to cry out loud.
"Don't come out. Stay where you are." He said. I could hear the scratching of the brakes.
"Please faster."
"Okay. Don't come out. Wait for me."
"I'm scared."
I tried to keep quiet when I heard people are talking outside.
"Boss,there's three rooms."
"Get inside immediately."
Please not my room. My tears are running to my face.
"Bella,are you okay?" He asked me.
"Where are you?"
"I'm almost there,honey. Wait for me."
"Don't call me honey,I'm scared."
The man outside tried to open the door.
" I'm here."
He said.
"Sir,someone arrived."
"Let's go."
I feel their footsteps were fading to the backdoor.
"Bella! Oh,holy cow!" Raven exclaimed. I immediately opened the door. I saw him. I ran to him.
I hugged him.
"Thanks." He hugged me too.
"Are you okay?"
"I'm fine. "
"Good. I called the police already. They will check who are they."
He let me sit on the couch.
The policemen arrived. They suggested me to stay in another place.
We went to the mansion.
"Bella,are you okay?" His mom approached us.  I nodded my head.
"God! That was dangerous." Mr. Hall said.
"Spend your night here." My grandma told us.
Raven went to the kitchen to get some water for me.
Then when he came back,he gave it to me.
" thanks."
He nodded his head. He left me and went to his room.
"Mom,I have something to tell you." I started to say.
"What is it? Belle?"
"Mom,about the marriage---"
"No,Bella,you can't just simply disagree with that. We want you. We don't want anyone to be just with our son. You are his other half. You belong to each other. "
"Mom,we don't love each other."
"Still. But we saw you both in one bed. I feel bad for your parents."
"Mom,I'm fine. Nothing happened."
"I'm sorry Bella. The decision is final."
I saw him walking down the stairs.
"Raven,we went to our lawyers. He might come here next week. So,I'd like you to prepare with that."
He nodded his head. He sat next to me.
"Words son." His mother said.
"Yeah,just call me. By the way,do we have to stay here after the wedding?"
"You have your own house. Why stay here?" His father said.
"What?he has  his own house,Bella. He stayed there alone these past few days."
"I'm a billionaire. What are you expecting?" He said coldly. He opened the TV.
"Nothing,I was just surprised. Why are you so mean?"
"I'm not." He answered.
"You talk. We'll leave you here. I'm going to the office."
"I'm going to work too." I said.
"No,Belle,you just came out from the hospital. Take a rest and come back next week." He said.
"But dad!"
"No more buts. Bella. Stay." His mom said.
They went out and we both left all alone.
"I'm going to the hospital. I'll be back later." He said. He gave me the remote control.
I got it.
"Can I go back to my apartment?"
"No,you can't. What if they will come back? What will you do?"
"Nah! "
"Don't be stubborn, hon." He said.
"Why are you keep calling me that name?" I became irritated with the endearment he mentioned.
"Because I love to. I'll call you that. It's up to you whatever you call me." He said and got up.
"What should I do here?"
"Sleep. You just came out from the hospital."
"I don't like to sleep."
"Go shopping. "
I hit his stomach. He caught my hand.
"You keep on hitting my stomach. If I don't have muscles,maybe you gonna damage my intestine and pancreas."
"We met in the hospital before when Jonah had an operation,do you know me?"
"No,I didn't. You have different aura that time. I couldn't recognize you."
"Really?"
"No,I did. I knew you of course "
"That's why you said. It's your business in the future."
"You're my business now. See? I'll sell you to the gang." He said. He smiled at me.
"You're crazy. "
"I'm going now. " he got up and dragged me to his room.
" you stay here. Well go together later in your apartment. For now,sleep and take a rest."
"Okay."
"Good."
He changed his clothes. I looked around his room. It's simple and elegant.
"You can watch or read books."
He said while doing his tie. I walked towards him and I did his tie. He stared at me.
"Do you love me?" He asked me in a low voice.
"Do you?"
He looked at me silently.
"See,you're not. Why getting married to me."
He pulled me in an embrace. He was holding my waist. My hands are on his chest.
"What are you doing?"
He laughed at me.
"You're nervous! " he said and kissed me on my forehead. The gesture is sweet.
"Why did you do that?"
He kissed me again on my forehead.
"You sleep now. Call me if you have problem. " He took off his hands to me.
He got his coat and went to the door.
"Take care." I said. He nodded his head.
"Yeah,I won't cheat too." He smiled at me. Wahh! This man is terrible. I went to his bed and sleep. I don't have anything  to do.
All day I was just lying on his bed. I don't know but I was waiting for his call.
Then suddenly my phone rang.
"Hello."
"Bella." He called my name.
"What?"
"I'm going home. What are you doing?" He said coldly.
"Nothing."
"You sound bored. ". He laughed at me. I smiled too.
He didn't talk anymore but he didn't end the call.
" you're wasting your money. Turn it off." I said.
No response.
"Bye!" I said.
I turned it off and closed my eyes.
Moments passed by.
I was awaken by the sound if a doorknob. He was here already.
I didn't make any move. He went to the bed and kissed me on my forehead.
I held his neck and he landed on top of me. He was heavy.
"Why do you always keep on kissing my forehead, do you love me? If yes,take off the ring in your hand." He looked at me. He shook his head.
"Then don't do that anymore. " I let go of him. But he still remained on  top of me.
" hey! Get off me."
"I want to stay this position and do what is right"
"Are you out of your mind? You're crazy. " I pushed him then he fell next to me. He put his arms on my waist.
"I--- I love you." He said while holding me.
My body stiffened and couldn't move because of what he said.
Then,I found out his sleeping already. He was still holding me. I turned to him.
"I do too." I whispered to him and kissed him on his forehead.
I got up and put the blanket on him and went out from the room.
