Naka suot na ako ng proper suit. Galing iyon kay Linda pinabili ko.

"Saglit nalang mag sisimula na." si Attorney na naka masid saakin. Bumaling ang paningin ko kay Gio na naka posas at nasa likuran namin.

Katatapos lamang namin mag usap ni Attorney Cuerdo. Miya-miya lang ay tinanguan na ako ni Attorney bago pumasok sa courtroom sumunod ako at tahimik na pumasok sa loob.

"Is the prosecution ready?"

Bumaling ang tingin ko sa kabila at nag pahayag itong ready na sila.

"Is the defence ready?"

Attorney says the same. He is very ready.

"We are now opening the station of the prosecution." ang Judge.

"Thank you your honor, again we represent the prosecution team. I am Prosecutor Lee Cuevas and he is my Co-Counsilor Prosecutor Philip Aguilar." panimula ni Pros. Cuevas.

"This case is all about the murder of Hart Lozano. He is murdered by Giovannie Reyes his cousin. The defendant shot and stab the victim leading him to his death. That's why for the second time we are still asking for a guilty verdict."

I let out a deep sigh.

"Now it is time to open the station of the defence." ani ng Judge.

Tumayo si Attorney. " Good afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen, we represent the defence team. I'm Attorney Jang Cuerdo and she is my sub Co-counsilor Attorney Alexa Mariano." I stood and give respect to the judge.

"What happened to your late Co counsilor?"

"Attorney James Diaz are in Coma he is accidentaly hit by a car. So that Attorney Alexa Mariano is here for his substitute." magalang na sambit ni Attorney.

Tumango ang judge at pinaupo na kami.

"Will the prosecutuon call the first witness?"

"Yes your Honor, the prosecution would like to call Mrs. Madroline Vergara Villafonte as out first witness."

Napamaang ako ng makitang naglalakad papalapit si Mrs Villafonte. Holey Cow tingnan mo nga naman palay na ang kusang lumalapit.

"Before we start. Can you rise your right hand and repeat after me.?" tumango si Mrs Villafonte at itinaas ang kanang kamay.
