CHAPTER 15: MISUNDERSTANDING

Since that day, Sehun takes a very good care of Sejeong. He drives Sejeong and Nayoung to school everyday. If he is occupied, Seungyoon will take the role. Sejeong still can't believe her eyes seeing how close Sehun and Seungyoon are.

The next day after the incidence, Seungyoon comes to her right after his flight landed. She was so grateful of Seungyoon's care and attentive. After listening to how much Sehun has helped Sejeong, Seungyoon thanked Sehun whole heartedly. Since then they become good buddies.

Sehun's care and attention slowly planted in Sejeong's heart. She really is touched with the every efforts shown by Sehun to win her heart. She loves how Sehun takes a good care of her without giving her any sort of pressure. Since that day, Sehun didn't even once talk about the confession. It seems like he really gives her the space she needs.

A few days later, Sejeong receives a call from the policeman, saying that they have found the offender. Sejeong and Sehun go to the police station.

When Sejeong first saw the offender, she puzzled.

Who is this man? I've never met him before.

Before Sejeong could open her mouth asking further, Sehun's fist works first. He punches the man hard, making him falls from his chair.

Few policemen works fast, holding to Sehun while calming his down. A policeman helps the stalker to his chair.

Sejeong rubs Sehun's chest, asking him to stay calm. Then, she turns to policeman.

Sejeong: Are you sure he is the one? I don't know him.

Sehun turns to Sejeong.

Sehun: Have you forgotten him? He is the one that bumped into you at the cafe. On the day you meet me.

Realisation hits Sejeong. Oh that man! But why?

Sejeong turns to the man.

Sejeong: Why did you do this to me?

Seungi stares at Sejeong.

Seunggi: You are the one who approaches me first.

Sejeong puzzles.

Sejeong: Me? I didn't even remember you. The one at the cafe is just a coincidence, dude. We only meet that one time.

Seunggi shakes his head.

Seunggi: We have meet a few times before. We first meet when you pick up my wallet.

Sejeong puzzles. Wallet? When? Suddenly, a memory flashes in her mind. Few months ago, she picks up a wallet that belong to a man on the bus. But she just being kind!

Sejeong: I was just being kind.

Seunggi: You also concerned about my burnt hand when we bump at the cafe.

Sejeong rolls her eyes.

Sejeong: Like I said. I just being kind. What misunderstanding are you having in your head?

Seunggi: Its your fault for being kind to me. You make me misunderstood.

Sehun who is listen silently, fumes with anger . But before he manage to fly his fist, he found Seunggi on the floor.

Sejeong flies her kick. Before Sejeong could land her second kick, Sehun hugs her from back while the other policeman hold her arms. She struggles.

Policeman: Please calm down miss. Let us settle this. You can wait outside.

Sehun pulls Sejeong to outside. He is still amazed by Sejeong's kick.

I better be careful next time.

Sejeong still fumes with anger.

Sejeong: Why did you stop me? I'm still not done with him.

Sehun: Are you trying to stay in jail with him?

Sejeong: But you punch him too.

Sehun: At least he won't harm me in jail!

Sejeong pouts. She crossed her arms, rebelling. Sehun pulls her arms, making her turns to him.

Sehun: He will be legally punished. At least you are safe now. Aren't you happy?

Sejeong sighs. She feels so relieves. Listening to Sehun's voice makes her anger subsides. She nods.

Sehun: Okay now stop pouting. You look so damn cute like that.

Sejeong blushes. Such a tease!

A few minutes later, a policeman comes to them. After completing a few procedures, Sehun and Sejeong head home.

Sejeong: I should move out of your house.

Sehun suddenly stop the car, making Sejeong almost bumps her forehead to the dashboard. Sejeong glares at Sehun.

Sejeong: Are you nuts? It's such a relief that there is no car behind us. We might got into accident.

Sehun pulls his car to the side. He turns to Sejeong.

Sehun: Why would you move out?

Sejeong: Well the bastard has been caught. So I'm safe now. I should move into Nayoung's house.

Sehun's frowns.

Sehun: Just stay there. You said moving out is a nuisance. Moreover, you gonna move to new house later or sooner right?

Sejeong: But I don't want to bother you anymore. I didn't even manage to find new apartment yet. It's gonna take sometime before I can move into the new place.

Sehun breathes out. Trying to reasoning with Sejeong.

Sehun: Sejeong, listen here. I have never feel bothered by you. You know I love you, right?

Sejeong silent.

Sehun: I am really really thankful that you would entrusted me to protect you. If possible, I would like for you to stay there forever, so that I can keep on protecting you.

Sejeong keeps on being silent.

Sehun: Okay, if you really wants to move out, I won't stop you. But only if you move out to your new place. I will help you to look for a new apartment as soon as possible. So, for the time being, just stay in my house. Okay?

Sejeong nods. Sehun has been helping her a lot. She should at least listen to him.

Sehun smiles.

Sehun: Good girl.
