Contest poem
They walked hand in hand
Connected heart to heart
Looking from eye to eye
Felt the love flowing bone to bone
But then why did I see hesitance
And all the reluctance
Between the overwhelming love
And the overpowering relationship
What was the wall between
Why the both of you separating
What was so horrifying
Why the both of you panicking
Are you afraid of judgements
Are you worried about all the perceptions
I see the half-hearted wish to break free
But something broke off
Maybe it is true
After seeing everything through
I finally realise
Love can only pay off with the help of insistence
