"Chapter Fifteen"

Jane's POV

It's a beautiful morning, the sun shines so bright, and the birds are singing their song.

The misery of yesterday was nowhere in sight. It's a fresh start of a new day full of hope, love, and care.

She's driving slowly, feeling the cold breeze of the morning air. She arrived in school almost as the same time as Cecil.

"Hi Jane, good morning. You look so nice and pretty. It's a lovely day isn't it?" Cecil greeted her.

"Hi Cecil good morning too. You look great and yes it really is a lovely day." Jane answered.

* smiles at each other *

They walked together as they go to the main entrance.

As they entered, they saw Meg looking happy. She waved her hand as she saw them."Hi guys good morning, have you heard the news?" Meg asked them.

*shrugs*

"It's about Liane. There are rumors around the campus that she manages to get Jin as her date for the ball." Meg said.

*looking shocked*

"Really? Lucky she is then. But how?" Jane asked puzzled.

"I don't know how. It's still a rumor. We'll get to know the truth when the night of the ball comes." replied Meg

*nods in agreement*

The three walked to their respective classrooms quietly.

Jane:
(I just can't believe how that girl managed to get Jin to be her date.)

Jane tried to concentrate on her professors lecture in front.The day was so tiring, full of lectures and projects. Every student would love to have a break.

Jane:
(How I wish that it's lunch an hour and a half of piece of mind)

Right after her last subject in the morning, Jane hurriedly went to her locker to put her books back.

On the way to the cafeteria, she saw Christopher cousin of Katarina.

"Hi Chris right? Going to the cafeteria?" said Jane smiling

"Yes I am. Wanna join me in? I'm actually looking for my cousin Kat." replied Chris.

*nods and smiles*

Chris opened the cafeteria door for Jane. They entered and look for a table.

They saw some waving and calling out for them. It's Katarina. She's with the others including V.

*Jane blushed*

They walked to the table and sit at the empty chairs.

"How was the first half of your day everyone?" Kat inquired

"Tiring and depressing." Jane answered.

*Cathy, Cecil, Rm, V, Jk, and Chris nodded in approval*

The boys then offered to get their meals. They eat laughing at some memories they had as a child.

No one dares to stop them from being noisy. Their group was the most fancy. They are the group of Elite and Rich none of them was below average.

They are called "School's Special Treasure".

"By the way I just wanna know, who among you doesn't have a date yet?" said Chris somewhat looking hopeful there is one.

"I do. No one asked me yet." Cecil declared

"Can you be my date then?" he inquired

*she nods as her answer and smiles*

V on the other side went beside Jane and put his arm around her shoulder. Jk did the same to Cathy.

"Whoa! Jk what is this all about?" Kat asked him with a sharp look.

"Broke up with my girl, and Cathy here will be my date. Sorry my love I forgot to inform you." he answered sounding guilty.

*smirks at him and smiles*

"It's okay. Atleast its Cathy. Hey Cathy just be warned that he is dangerous. Lol" said she giving Cathy a smile.

*Cathy smiles back at Kat*

They talked and went to the garden. Thirty minutes before their next class, they said good luck to each other and parted ways.

Jane was happy after lunch. She don't know why but all she knows is that she is happy.

Their all happy by the end of the day. Another successful but tiring day.
