[Naruto's POV]

"I feel so nervous I don't think I can do this." I whispered to myself as I look over to the sleeping Hinata on the backseat.

I am currently driving back to Konoha with Hinata and I can't wait to bring her home with me. When she said she'll go with me, I literally hopped on the car and drive right away... I feel stupid now that I feel the sleepiness creeping in and getting along with my nerves, therefore making me edgy.

I don't have a brilliant plan, really. I honestly thought of going somewhere extravagant and kneel there for the world to see but I don't think it's what she wanted.

I know she's not the kind of girl who would love the whole world to see her life and she's just Hinata... the woman that I want.

I know exactly where and how to tell it to her. It doesn't need to be luxurious... it just need a lot of thought and love into it.

I messaged Ino a little earlier and told her about my plans, she happily said she'll cooperate and try to get everyone on it if it's possible and I really thank her for that. She also delivered mom's ring on our house right away because she knew I'll never bought one... and I won't have a time to do that anyway, now that Hinata's with me. How will I buy without her knowing?

I'd rather give her a jewelry that compliments her eyes... it's really the first thing I like about Hinata but my mom's old engagement ring would do for now. Ino said, "she will feel very touched by it." So I agreed.

It's already around midnight when I finally hit the road to Konoha and I couldn't help but step on the gas and be home already.

I feel like I've been missing for years but I'm only gone a few days.

Hinata must have moved from her sleep when I stepped on the gas because she murmured incoherent words and started rubbing her eyes, trying to sit up.

"Hmm? You say something?" I asked her, looking over the rear view mirror.

"Are we home yet?" I wanted to kiss her just because she mentioned 'our home' and I'm so fucking ready to please her all night if she will let me.

"Soon. I really wanted to step on the gas some more so I can hold you already but I don't like to die yet."

She didn't answer but laughed a bit at my response. We fell silent after that and Hinata busied herself looking out the window. There's only a few cars in the road but the city and buildings is still pretty much alive. I honestly think that people in Konoha never sleeps.

They are either partygoers or workaholics.

We passed buildings and a few restaurants until Ichiraku's came in view. Hinata looked silly, looking at it like it's a present on christmas and I can't help but smile to myself.

She missed her life here too. That's good enough for me. She likes it here and she'll be with me. Everything feels right and good.

"Naruto..." she called me as soon as I parked the car and I look over to Hinata to wait for what she'll say. "Thank you." She continued and plant a kiss on my cheek.

"You wanna be cute now?" I said, trying to steal a kiss but she's fast to move and get out the car.

Hinata walk over to the front door and said, "Let's see if you completely removed me from your life." She declared before scanning her fingerprints on the lock. It clicked open.

"You are always welcome." I said, smirking at how surprised she looked.

"You didn't even try to remove it for security reasons?" She asked, incredulous.
