The storyline has same characters from season 8.
Shay died in the warehouse fire and it is years after her death. Stella and Kelly have been married for a couple months and just had a baby girl named Leslie Rae Severide. The new parents are both on leave still. Casey and Brett are dipping their toes in the water and testing their personal relationship. Foster just left to continue med school and there has just been floaters in her position.
This part is short but I just wanted to give you guys a background on the story, the parts will be longer. This is my first story so let me know how you are liking it.
