Misuki's POV

I flipped over the salmon and that's when I suddenly felt arms around my waist.

It's Kakeru's new signature move. A back hug.

He then rested his chin on my shoulder, enabling his hot breath to reach my sensitive ear.

"What are you cooking Mimi?" I gave a forced laugh at his words.

"You were the one who requested salmon. Also, please stop calling me that."

"And why?"

"Because that's the japanese term for ear."

"Why? You're all ears when you're with me. That's why I love you."

He's really good at shutting me up. He's also excellent when it comes to making my face feel hot.

I can't really blame the stove for my hotness right now. I know it's his fault.

"Finish that okay? Someone will visit us later. I'll tell you when you're done." He gave me a peck on my cheeks before walking off the room.

D*mn you. I now want to rush this meal because of you making me curious.

It's been about three days since he punished me.

He didn't really punish me. He just banned me from going outside.

Not that I mind. I would rather stay inside with him.

The way he said that he'd give me a punishment still lingers around my thoughts from time to time.

Who knew he could be that possessive? Knowing this side of him made me scared of being close to other boys now.

He can hide his jealousy pretty well, if compared to mine. I tend to show my emotions right away.

Meanwhile, there's him who shocks you with his sudden show of feelings.

He's unpredictable.

The living room was bright as a lot of sunlight entered through the opened windows. No curtains prevented then from making their entrance.

Seasons confuse me. It's 2 months before Christmas comes, and yet days could still be sunny as this one.

Don't tell me it'd snow in summer.

The table where Kakeru's paper was placed on received light. It's like it was positioned there for that purpose.

He didn't need to turn on the lamp near him.

"Who's visiting again?" My words made him stop from writing on his notebook. He now looked at me with his eyes shining with happiness.

Of course he'd be happy. He knows that I'm excited as well.

"My younger brother. He really wants to meet you." My mouth opened a bit as I nodded.

Questions keep popping up inside my head.

"What is his brother like?"

"Do they have the same attitude?"

"Is he also dominant and possessi--"

I stopped thinking as a loud sound filled my ears. It was the doorbell being pressed.

Kakeru instantly ran towards the door. He looked like a desperate kid chasing an ice cream van.

The kid looked puzzled upon seeing me.

He had the height that let his head reach Kakeru's elbow. The similarity of their black hair and blue eyes can be easily distinguished.

He looked like a mini version of my boyfriend.

He now slowly walked up to me with a wide smile on his lips. It was genuine according to his eyes.

"Are you...ma'am Misuki?" I chuckled at his question. He had good manners.

"Just call me Misuki."

"Okay Misuki!"

"Okay, what's your name?"

"I'm Hiro Shiroge! I'm 9 years old and I'm in 4th grade. Nice to meet you!"

He's very polite indeed.

In 2 hours that he spent here, I already knew a lot about him.

He was very good at Math and Sports, but he lacks knowledge in Literature.

I guess everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses.

"Misuki! Can I sit on your lap as we watch TV?" I smiled at his question before I nodded in response.

A cartoon was playing on the television. I don't really know the title of the show. All I know so far is that a guy named Robin is a leader of his group.

I don't know the names of the others.

I always end up laughing when the kid does. I don't really understand the comedy of the show.

The leader tries to fix his group mates, while the latter ignores him.

There's really some things only kids can understand. Makes me miss the way I lived when I was young.

The days that I haven't fallen for him yet.

The kid hugged me as he let out a yawn.

My gaze instantly shifted towards Kakeru's direction.

He was giving me a glare.

Oh no.

"Ma'am Misuki. Can you carry me to a room? I'm sleepy." Why are you doing this? You're 9 years old!

Are you doing this on purpose? If yes, then please don't! I'm gonna get in trouble.

I really wanted to shout out my thoughts at him, but I can't. He's just a kid!

Since debating with a kid was useless, I quickly carried him towards an empty room neither me nor Kakeru uses.

I placed him on the bed there before leaving him.

Staying with this kid any longer ain't going to be any good.

I now sat on the couch as I changed the channel.

That's when he sat beside me.

"Misuki." I don't want to look at you.

I'm scared.

"Look at me." No.

"3." I'm sorry! Please don't count!

"2." Am I in trouble? Tongue please cooperate.

"1." I now looked at him. His face was only an inch away from me.

"Too late."

In a second or two, something already happened.

He was carrying me.

He was walking towards our room.
