Chapter 28

I smiled as I snuggled closer to the comfy chest I was laying on as I slept.

I felt the person wrap their arms around me cuddling me closer to them.

"Is it weird that I feel jealous?" I hear someone say as the person they were speaking to burst into laughter.

I slowly opened my eyes groggily and looked at who was making all the noise.

It was Gilbert and Oliver, they were sitting next to each other looking in my direction. Gilbert was wearing a pout with his arms crossed over his chest and Oliver's face was turning red with laughter.

Wait...so if Gilbert's there then...

I looked down to see who I was cuddling with and saw a sleeping Becky.

I smiled in Gilbert's direction and said "don't be baby, if it helps your more comfortable than she is".

Gilbert pats his lap and opens his arms "then get over here" he whines.

I groan "I'm too lazy, come get me" I respond reaching out to him, making him laugh.

Becky then stirs, not opening her eyes but I know she's awake.

"Someone help me it feels like there's an elephant on my chest" she says sleepily.

I give her an offended look as Gilbert and Oliver burst into laughter.

"Okay, I'm at most a labradoodle" I say, getting off her chest with a pout.

I walk over to Gilbert and straddle his lap, putting my head on his shoulder and cuddling into him.

He smiles as he wraps his arms around my waist and kisses my head.

"How'd I end up there anyway?" I ask him.

"I woke up earlier than you, so eventually you just grabbed anything you could cuddle and Becky was nearby so you know" he said running a gentle hand through my hair.

I laughed "you were jealous" I teased.

He scoffs "because your mine".

I nod "yes sir, that is correct" I say jokingly making Gilbert laugh.

Becky eventually opens her eyes and laughs "ha! I stole your girl Gilbert" she says mockingly.

"Oh ha ha" he says sarcastically glaring at her in a joking manner.

Oliver and Becky laugh and I lean up to plant a kiss on his jaw before getting off his lap.

"Alright, now that we're all awake, what are we doing today ladies and gentlemen?" I say to them as I stretch my arms over my head.

"Burger barns opening today, we should all go" Gilbert said.

Oliver and Becky nodded in agreement.

"Okay but we gotta get changed first" Becky said gesturing towards her and Oliver.

"I'll drop you off before I go to my house" Oliver says to Becky, getting up and putting on his shoes.

She nods and begins to do the same.

"Try not to get carried away while your alone you two" Oliver says smirking at me and Gilbert.
