Blair's POV.

Me and Gilbert are now on back on the grass. Gilbert had gotten a blanket from his car and laid it on the ground so we could both just lay in the grass without getting dirty or itchy.

I was sitting next to Gilbert, wearing his jacket which he gave me due to the cold, with my legs on his lap as he played with our interlocked hands.

It was quiet, both of us content by just being near each other.

I put my chin on his shoulder, admiring his features.

He turns his head and smiles at me as he boops my nose making me scrunch it up.

I then get a idea as I move my legs off of him lap and stretch my legs out in front of me.

I grabbed Gilbert's arm and gestures for him to lay his head in my lap. He complied, getting comfortable.

"Close your eyes" I commanded.

He complied.

"I'll grant you a wish with my magical powers" I tell him jokingly.

He laughs at my comment.

"Tell me something you want, anything you want" I say to him.

"Okay...I umm..."

"Faster" I say to him.

"Okay okay, I want a new thing" he said opening one eye to see my reaction.

I smile as I raised a eyebrow at him.

"Close your eyes!" I say to him laughing.

He smirks and proceeds to close his eyes.

"House. I want a new house for the family" he replies.

I nod, running my fingers through his hair.

He smiles as he relaxed into my touch.

"I want a...I want mama...to take aerobics classes" he continues.

"I want Ellen to grow up" he said.

"I want a new brain for Arnie" he says.

I look at him adoringly. He named at least four things he wished for, none of them for him. If he was asked to grant a wish, it wouldn't be his own.

But he doesn't seem to mind.

"But, those are all things for other people, what about you? What do you want for you?" I ask him gently.

He sighs.

"I want..I want.." he pauses.

"I wanna be a good person" he says laughing slightly.

I chuckle at his remark. He's probably the most selfless person I've ever met. Always putting others before himself.

Taking care of his brother while working, taking care of his mother, repairing the house, buying groceries, bathing his 18 year old brother who has a mental disability, never having time to himself, and on top of that he's always being told to do better.
