JOY FINISHED WRITING HER test and passed her script forward for the teacher to take,she laid her head on her desk and sigh sitting straight right again,she look at the sky which was shining brightly into the class emitting a glow in the class,she sighed again wishing her life is as shining as the sky is,she felt dull and gloomy like the sky normally is before the rain falls

She got tired of sitting down and stood up out of boredom going out of the class,she was grateful Bisi didn't follow her and she was sure Anna won't follow her too or ask her where she is going to,she wondered about what she did to her or rather what she did to the twins,one of them her boyfriend who just changed from a caring and loving boyfriend to an adamant one and the other her best friend who just decided to keep malice with her,she think and think searching her brain which give her headache trying to think about what she did to them,she didn't wrong any of them and they just waked up one day deciding to ignore her

She think about her time with Jonathan,she had always have this feeling that everything look too good to be true,she always felt she was dreaming and she knew she wasn't made for Jonathan,an handsome guy like him deciding to settle down with her,she scoffed at how unreasonable she is,she had been so caught up in the dream that she neglected the truth,she should have known and kept a safe distance

Her mind wandered to her mom and the last time she spoke with her,she was angry at what her mom told her initially but thinking back now she thinks the idea will be good for her,it's all she needed because everything happening is taking toll on her,she knew she was loosing weight and that's the wonderful part of everything that's happening right now,her clothes barely fits her again,she look at her wrist and smiled at least that's what she always wanted to get slim and look fit

She suddenly felt dizzy and hit her back on the nearest wall,she close her eyes immediately trying to regain herself back,that has always been her magic since the dizziness started,she had stopped eating and back to her formal routine were she eats little and go back to her bathroom digging her hands into her mouth and vomiting everything she ate,she knew that's why she had lost weight drastically and also the cause of her dizziness but she's not ready to give up,she's ready to give anything up if only to look fit in the society including her stable health

She decided to go back home when she opened her eyes, everywhere getting clearer again and went to the staff room to take a permit from her form master

"Excuse me sir"she said and the man who was sitting gently in his office going through some students work raise up his head to see Joy standing,he removed his eye glass placing it on the desk in front of him

"What do you want?"he asked ducking his head forward

"Sir I want a permit from you,I feel sick and I want to go home for proper treatment"Joy said

"I thought you guys have test today?"the man asked

"Yes sir and we are done with it"Joy replied and the man nodded giving her the permit she needed

She thanked the man leaving his premises back to her class to retrieve her bag before leaving the school,she took a cab home and gently open the door, luckily for her the door wasn't locked and she met Ruth laying on the sofa slowly eating popcorn while watching a movie,the woman turn to see Joy coming inside the house

"What are you doing at home by this time?"Ruth asked and Joy slumped on the nearest sofa to her

"I feel sick"she replied

"There's a school clinic remember"Ruth said raising an eyebrow and she groan standing up from the sofa she is and went to join Ruth on the one she's in

" I miss you"Joy said and Ruth bursted out laughing "can we just cuddle?"she asked and Ruth nodded gesturing her to come closer and she lay her head on shoulder and they watch the movie Ruth was watching in silence,twenty minutes later Joy decided to break the silence
