TWENTY THREE.

DARYL, Rick, Carl and Michonne continued towards Terminus and could all feel the little slither of hope that bubbled inside of them that their people, their family, would be at this new place.

The group continued their trek in silence, the only noises heard were the whistling of the leaves in the trees, and birds deep in the woods.

Daryl's eyes were peeled for any of sight of this place, he was weary, though the slightest bit hopeful that he would see Bonnie and Frankie again.

"There." Rick pointed and just past the clearing of the trees, Daryl could see a huge factory, with letters on the front of it spelling Terminus.

Rick stopped, the others following as Daryl kept a tight grip on his crossbow "Lets cut through the back, we'll take 'em by surprise." Rick nodded and took off towards the woods for a back way to get in.

Bonnie sat in the cart with her arms wrapped around her, face still, as Maggie and the others searched for a way out.

Bonnie stood up with a sigh "Maggie, did you see Frankie get out?" The blonde asked her close friend, causing Maggie to stop what she was doing and look at the blonde who she had began to call family.

Maggie shook her head, her brunette tuffs falling over her eyes "No, I didn't." Bonnie felt the air leave her lungs "I-I think she might be dead," the group stopped to observe the girl.

Bonnie lifted her hand up to her mouth as she let out a few strangled breaths, she had finally acknowledged that her niece was dead "I seen her j-jacket on the ground back at the prison, it was covered in blood." She made eye contact with Maggie as tears brimmed her eyes too.

"I-I'm so sorry Bonnie." Maggie whispered and pulled Bonnie in for a tight hug, shushing the girl softly "I-If Daryl is dead, I don't," She pulled away from Maggie "He has to be alive Maggie."

Maggie smiled sadly "Bonnie, I've known that man for a long time now. He is too stubborn to die, he will be alive for you and for Frankie." Bonnie nodded her head and pulled away from Maggie, wiping her stranded tears.

She took in a deep breath "I'm being stupid, I'm being weak." She muttered before she pulled away from the brunette and walked over beside Eugene to help find a way to get out.

"I'm sorry about your niece, I'm sure she was a great person." Eugene spoke from beside the blonde and she sent him a tight lipped smile "Thanks Eugene."

Daryl, Rick, Michonne and Carl had made their way through the woods at the back of the prison, and buried their bag of extra guns for safe keeping.

The four jumped the back fence, noticing that there were no guards or people at the on patrol "That was too easy." Michonne mumbled, the four of them had their weapons up and ready for anything that could happen.

Daryl was on high alert as they entered the back of a building, and the sound of voices caused the group to raise their weapons higher. They entered a room that held around ten people all stood around maps, painting the location of Terminus on them.

The four entering caught the attention of a man "Well, I assume Albert was on perimeter watch today." Daryl's eyes followed the guys movements as he came forward to greet them.
