BY now the group were on their way back to Alexandria to prepare to fight Negan and his men.
The RV was filled with a comfortable silence, Maggie and Glenn sat close to each other, Michonne beside Glenn and Abraham beside Maggie.
Bonnie and Daryl sat at the table opposite their four family members, the blonde's head leaned against the RV wall, swaying and moving with the movements of the van.
Daryl held the sonogram of Maggie and Glenn's unborn baby, and the smallest of smiles rest on his lips.
He nudged Bonnie, holding the picture out to the blonde and she took it with a grin.
Daryl watched her expressions, his heart skipping a beat as he seen such adoration grace her features at the sight of the unborn child.
"I'm honestly so happy for you both." Bonnie returned the picture to Maggie's waiting hand, sending her close friend a smile to which one was returned.
Daryl didn't want to admit it, but he always imagined what he'd be like as a father, but now more than ever with someone he loved as much as Bonnie, he thought his imagination could become a reality.
But only time would tell.
And the world.

Majority of the people of Alexandria were sat inside the church, Rick explaining the current situation.
"They almost killed Sasha, Daryl and Abraham on the road."
Bonnie felt her blood boil at Rick's words, the thought of those inhumane dumbasses attacking her people set off a fuse.
It still fathomed the blonde to this day as to why the human race needed to attack each other to simply live.
How does one live without the knowledge and help of others?
Isn't that how the world had lived on for so many years beforehand?
Bonnie inhaled deeply as she returned back to the conversation at hand.
"They would have killed someone or some of us, and then they would try and own us."
"We would try to stop them." Rick assured the people sat in the church, and Bonnie nodded in agreement as she leaned back in her seat, folding her arms across her chest.
"That kind of fight, we would be low on food, we could lose."
Bonnie had not been able to keep this Negan off her mind since leaving Hilltop, she was so adamant to to find out why they were the person they were.
"This needs to be a group decision, if anybody objects now's your time to say your piece."
Bonnie felt her eyes scanning across the people sat in the church, though movement caught her eye behind her and Daryl. It was Morgan.
Daryl turned in his seat beside the blonde and sent the man a harsh glare.
"You're sure we can do it?"A moment of silence passed throughout the church "We can beat them?" Morgan asked again.
Bonnie turned to look at Rick before she stood up "We can and we will."
All eyes set upon the Australian's figure as she spoke.
"We will not let these people come in and dictate so they can live a better life. It is us who's backs are against the wall, we are the minorities now in this world and we should not have to live in fear against our own kind. There are greater goddamn things to worry about."
Bonnie breathed slowly as she felt the pent up rage inside her release.
With that she sent Rick a nod of support before sitting back down, chest heaving slightly.
"We all don't have to kill, but people do need to accept it." Rick finished before stalking out of the church.
Small little update, will try and get back into this to finish it for you all ❤️
