Bright Future: An Overflash Story

Chapter 21

They arrive at the DEO and Alex guide Barry and Mon-El to the medbay and put the women on the bed, next some doctors and medics started to give them some treatment and some intravenous to help them with some energy for after their alter egos took control of them.

Barry then exit the room and goes to his Kara (O) cause he still is worried about her. He starts to search on the rooms around the DEO when he finally sees Alex with Overgirl in some type of bed with yellow light on it.

"Hey Alex what is this place?" Barry asks a bit confused to see his girlfriend laying on it.

"That is a solar bed, here is where my sister lays down to recover herself and recharge her powers, this also heals her from any type of injured" Alex answers him and explaning how this room and bed helps Supergirl and now it helps Overgirl to recover.

"Ok, thanks by the way Alex" Barry says being honest with her and smile.

"No need to thank me Barry, you also did so much for us, again you also helped my sister since you two met, you always see the best in people and you don't abandon someone in need, I admire that from you Barry" Alex says being honest with him and smiling.

Barry just smiles at Alex and lows his head a bit shy but then returning to see his girlfriend recovering in what he called simply as solar bed.

"Don't worry, I will tell you when the recovering process is finish, it will not take to long" Alex replies back to him.

Some minutes later Mon-El joins them after leaving the medbay and looks at Barry. He also sees Overgirl in the solar bed and asks.

"Is she ok?" Mon-El ask being still a bit confused to see two Kara's but now is not to weird anymore as she sees now the difference.

"Yeah, Alex told me that she is recovering after figthing Reign" Barry says to Mon-El as he nods.

"Ok, she is though and a great fighter, I mean I hope Kara (D) doesn't kill me for saying this, but Overgirl is awesome man congrats really" Mon-El says to Barry as he gives him a friendly fist bump and Alex shakes her head smiling.

"Superhearing, don't you remember?" Alex says smirking to both of them when suddenly a scream is hear from the command center from Kara (D)

"Mon-El!!!" Kara (D) screams after using her superhearing and listen to their conversation and this make Barry and Alex laugh hard as Mon-El eyes widened and gets a bit scare for hearing her.

"Oh god, well Barry it was nice meeting you, I think I will not be alive after this" Mon-El says joking nervously a bit but quite scare.

"Just stick close to Alex and I think you will be fine with Kara (D)" Barry replies still laughing a bit then Mon-El goes out from the solar room and hopes that he escape alive from there.

Then Alex goes into the solar room as she sees Overgirl already better and she deactivates the bed and helps her to get out as then they both exit after Overgirl thank Alex again for help with her problem of drain energy and the older Danvers leaves them alone.

Then Kara (O) exit the room and goes to Barry with a smile and gives him a hug which he gladly returns. Both of them relax into their arms then they separate but with their arms still on eachother.

"How are you feeling babe?" Barry replies with a soft voice to her smiling.

"I'm better now Barr, feeling great actually" Kara (O) replies now hugging him again but with her head on his neck enjoying their time alone with themselves.

After some time hugging in silence enjoying their time, they separate and Barry leans and kiss her and Kara (O) inmediately kissed back pulling him closer, some moments later they again separate.
