Barry then was on the pipeline with his suit on, he opens the door to start his training by doing laps around the accelerator, this was one of many types of sessions he will do and that Harry proposed to improve his speed. Everyone was now watching him on the cortex, they have a camera and a microphone to speak to him while he is on the accelerator.

"Ok man you ready to take that accelerator out for a lap?" Cisco says through the comms joking.

"Yes bro I'm ready, I want to be faster and this is the first step" Barry says and starts jumping and jogging a little.

"Ok Allen it's simple, you're gonna do three hundred laps in there today and for some days, also we're gonna do more test outside on the field to help you" Harry replies now in the comms explaining the idea for his training.

"Ok I get it, I'm ready guys" Barry now says and gets this info, three hundred sound to much, but he is willing to do anything to be faster although being in the speedforce for some time with Kara my give him a little boost.

"You can do it babe, I gonna watch you from here" Kara replies in her Overgirl suit through the comms giggling watching her boyfriend also in the camera of the accelerator.

Barry smiles hearing his girlfriend's courage words, she also with his family and friends are what motivates him to be better in every aspect.

"Ok, man to my count" Cisco says in the comms.

"1, GO!" Cisco exclaims with a smile and at this Barry eyes glow with lightning and sped into the accelerator and starts running around. Everyone looks at the screen in the cortex as a orange dot is running in circles showing Barry's training.

"Look at my bro, he is killing it" Cisco murmurs with a smile.

"He indeed is father Ramon, it looks good we need continue this with him" Harry replies and looks pleased by the results of Barry's speed.

Kara is looking at this and smiles proud of him, he is determine into become faster and be better, she just sighs at this as Caitlin sees her and says.

"You love him don't you?" she asks with a smile towards Kara as she just lows her head and replies.

"With all my heart, there are so many reasons that I love him, for giving me a second chance in life, to accept for who I was, for giving me a reason to live cause I have him, all of you in Team Flash and Joe and Iris, they accept also for even if I did some horrible things before, I will always be greatfull with him and all of you for that" Kara says to Caitlin giving her opinion being honest, that she is completely in love with Barry and she is very happy to have friends and a family like she dreamed even on Earth X as the General.

Caitlin smiles at Kara's words as for her she was already a friend and part of the family, she is happy that Kara make Barry happy cause he deserved it after everything he has lived and also cause for her Barry is one of her best friends and she wishes him the best.

Suddenly in the cortex an alert was sounding and this makes everyone start moving into the computers, they see is the metahuman alert.

"There's a metahuman attack downtown, in the Greenwood Ave" Cisco alerts to Team Flash but Barry wasn't listening cause of in the accelerator the alert didn't sound.

Kara then listen's to what Cisco said and replies.

"I'll go, tell Barry to continue his training while I take charge outside" she replies to Cisco activating her mask and flies exiting by a space the team create just for her for this type of cases.
