"I love it so much, Alex. Thank you."

And in that next moment, we kissed unlike we'd ever kissed before. Everything about it felt magical and beautiful. His arms wrapped tightly around me like the sky wrapped around the stars in the midnight sky. His body warm against mine, like they relied on one another to remain that way. His mouth in flawless motion with my own, both of us knowing how the other would move and matching it effortlessly.

He pulled away, reluctantly, and said, "We have to go, Han."

My eyes were still closed, stuck in the moment, but I nodded. "Uh-huh."

He kissed me gently on the lips again, and this time when he pulled away, my eyes opened, and he smiled. "Let's go, Gorgeous."

I nodded again, still entranced.

He led me out the door, making sure to lock up before we left, and down the hallway to the elevator. In there, facing him, my hands wandered around his abdomen, feeling through his shirt his muscle, his impeccable body. I smirked, looking up at him, and he leaned down and kissed me excitedly.

As the elevator dinged and the doors opened, he pried himself free of my drifting hands, smirking at me, "We have to."

"Okay," I said as he grabbed my hand and led me out into the lobby, and we left through a side exit that I'd rarely ever used before. It was more private, not on a main street, but sort of a backwoods one. A luxurious black Rolls Royce waited outside with a chauffeur holding open the back door for us.

"Sorry, hope you weren't waiting too long."

"Not at all, Sir. Just a moment or two."

Alex nodded at him as he gestured for me to get into the car. I slid across the seat to the other side, and he looked in and shook his head. "Alright, I'm getting here," he said to the driver while climbing in next to me.

"Yes, Sir."

While the driver walked around to the other side, I asked, "Are you Batman?"

Alex laughed, "How did you find out?" He shook his head and put his hand on mine, "He's my driver here in town. Only when I need one."

"So you have your own personal Alfred," I said, looking out the window as the driver got into the car. "I always knew there was more to you than meets the eye."

"Is that so?" He leaned over and kissed my cheek.

The driver took off as soon as he was situated, without any instruction from Alex. They'd obviously planned this well.

Alex leaned forward, and in a compartment in the side of the Royce was a bottle of champagne and two flute glasses. Alex opened a window and popped the cork carefully, sending it flying into the city. He slowly let it fizz out the window, then pulled the bottle back inside and cautiously poured us two glasses of wine.

"Isn't this illegal?"

"Yes, I'm sure it is." He handed me one.

"Ooh, you risk-taker." I winked at him. "I like it."

He smiled and sat closer to me, putting the window back up.

"So, what are we toasting to?" I asked him.

"Us." He smiled wide, and I reflected his facial expression. "To many years of us. And to always loving like we do."

"Sounds nice," I said, scared but hopeful that that could be our future. I nodded, and we clanked, then drank. I threw back the glass faster than I intended to, but Alex followed shortly after, and we both had one more before getting out at our destination. It wasn't far from my home, and I'd only ever read about it in magazines. It was busy and loud, but gorgeous. The entrance was hidden beneath four mahogany pillars that held up the extended roof, two close to the door, and two more closer to the sidewalk. Large green plants in white, square pots sat in front of the pillars, and a dark red carpet extended from the entrance to the valet. There were people, and of course, paparazzi. Alex certainly wasn't the only celebrity here tonight.
