I answered the door. It was Kanaya. " Hello! And here you go! " said Kanaya handing me two invitations. " A Party?" I said. " Yup! And see there, BRING A DATE! You can take Nepeta! " she said really happy. " it would be n-- wait, how do you know I like nepeta?? " I asked. " well you just admitted it and everyone knows, we can tell by the way you look at her !" Kanaya said " is it that noticeable?" I said a little worried. Kanaya nodded " Well see you at the party! " .
I walked up the stairs Nepeta wouldn't want to go with me, would she? I kept on saying to myself. Nepeta signed me " who was at the door" "Kanaya, she's having a Valentines party" I handed her the invitation. She quickly signed " Who are you taking?" . I sighed " Well ... I don't know " Nepeta frowned. I sat down next to her " Maybe feferi? You like her right? She likes you, she totally say yes", she signed. No I like you. I thought. " so are you going to ask her?" I sighed again, "I'm not sure, maybe that fish freak already asked her, Karkat with Terezi, or Dave and Terezi, Karkat with Gamzee, or Gamzee and Tavros, or Tavros and Vriska , or Vriska and John..... Either way everyone already has someone" I said laying down. " Aradia? " she signed " No, either way I don't like any of them" I said closing my eyes. Nepeta poked me after a while, and I opened my eyes " Then who? ", " You" I said very quickly with out thinking. I could see Nepeta blushing a bit," wait! I didn't mean that, no no no, I did, but I didn't mean to say it, but I mean it, just not... " I had just confessed... "Sorry if this makes you uncomfortable or you don't want to be my friend or whatever" " Silly, I would never stop being your friend! " .

So after a while Nepeta said she would go with me to the party, but she didn't tell me how she felt, maybe she doesn't feel anything. Nepeta left after a while. Why did I do that? I kept on thinking.
I decided to go out to buy clothes for the party.
After I finished I went home, I had forgotten my phone, I had 10 messages and one missed called.
Nep: Hey Sollux what will you wear?
