Today was a pretty long day eventhough I didn't do much for the last week it's just been pretty normal and all,but yeah. Although when I went over miyah's house yesterday I was surprised that matt didnt try anything on me, but then again I didn't see him that much and when I did he looked sleepy,exhausted and he just smiled at me and walked off.

Hm what was up with him?, I wondered.

But I didn't ponder over the situation that long and continued to sketch in my notebook.

All I seemed to draw were eyes lately and they all weirdly looked alike and I felt like they belonged to someone I knew but I couldn't get my mind to remember who exactly so I just popped my earbuds in my ear and listened to some sonder and giveon.

A few minutes later I was interrupted by the buzzing of my phone.

"Who could possibly be texting me?", I mummbled to myself.

My eyes almost jumped out of my head at who it was from.

It was from matt asking me if I was there, i paused.

Why would he be texting me?

I shrugged it off and answered him instead.

N: yea hey what's up?

My heart flew out of my chest at what he said next.

M: can you come over I have to show you something?

N: um sure but may I ask why?

M: sorry nope it's a surprise princess;)

I could almost see his smirk through the screen....what was this boy up to?
I wondered,but still replied.

I wanted to tell him no after the way he treated me but I ateast wanted to give him a chance just in case but mostly because my curiosity got the best of me.

N: okay fine but only for a little.

M: okay thank you thank you so, see you in 30?

N: of course no problem I'll be there.

"Hmmm" I said to myself while looking in my wardrobe wondering what should wear.

Well he didn't say we were going anywhere so I decided on something casual.

I decide to put on a grey sports bra and leggings set with white airforce and my big ripped Jean jacket that I eventually would decide to take off amd I let my big curly hair just flow because i was too tired and decided that I didnt really need makeup anyways.

Since I was so ready early I decide to just scroll through Instagram for a few minutes once there were 15 minutes left I decided to put my shoes on.

I got into my car and headed over to miyah's house.

On the way all I was thinking about was why he could possibly want me to come over but deep down somewhere in me I knew I was a tiny bit excited but he could never know that atleast not yet.

Soon enough I arrived and for some reason I was nervous a little but which surprised me because I didn't have anything to be nervous about.

I quickly snapped out of my thoughts and headed towards the door and after two knocks matt answered.

When he opened the door I could see his face the darest shade of pink.

Wait..was he blushing? aww so cute.

"I have something to tell you before you come in", he said.

My nerves started to stir up again bit I calmed down a little whe he grabbed my hand.

"Okay what is it?", I say trying to hide the shakiness in my voice.

"I- I just wanted to say that I'm really sorry about how I acted the other day and I really wanted to make it up to you."

Was matt really apologizing to me?..why would he say sorry to me out of all people?

"It's fine really I was just I dont know overthinking things I gue-"

"NO!, it was not right and I had no business saying or doing what I did and I just wanted to let you know that I truly am sorry", he said while looking at the ground.

I could see regret and true sadness in his eyes and i believed him i really did and there was no point in arguing with him anyway.

"I forgive you, and I know that people make mistakes and you just made a mistake you wouldn't be human if you didn't, but you just have to learn from them so I forgive you."

Immediately I could see his eyes light up.

"Really?", he said shyly with a genuine smile on his face.

"I laughed, really I mean it matt I forgive you."

He picked me up and twirled me around and whispered thank you in my ear which made me shiver.

He eventually put me down and I felt a sudden roll of sadness from being away from his touch.

Wait shut up why was I feeling this?

"Okay so why exactly did you call me over here?"

"Was that the surprise?", I laughed out.

"Oh yeah right I almost forgot", he said leading me towards the stairs.

He stopped and turned around and I almost fell but he caught me by the waist.

"Close your eyes."

"Why?", I said while pouting.

"Because its apart of the surprise princess just please do it for me okay?"

"Okay fine,but don't do anything crazy okay?"

"I promise",he said with a slight smirk on his face.

I closed my eyes and he put his hands over my eyes just to make sure and we continued walking .

Once he reached his room, well I hope it was his room.

"Are you ready?", he said

"I've been ready this while time dummy."

"Wow princess I'm hurt I think I deserve  an apology and I think I have the perfect idea- "

"Matt", I said in a warning tone.

"I'm joking princess okay 3..2...1... open."

It took me a few seconds to adjust to the scene around me but once it did a huge smile spread across my face and I immediately.

"Umm naomi your kinda squishing me so I'm gonna take it as you really like it?"

"Yes, I really do I love it."

"Who knew you could be romantic?", I joked with him.

"I know right I'm the best."

I rolled my eyes and took off my shoes and rolled under the cover of the fort.

"This is amazing thank you", I say

"No.. thank you for forgiving me and I'm truly sorry naomi."

"It's okay", I say walking up to him and wrapping my arms around his torso.

"Okay so what are we watching?", I mummble with hot cheetos in my mouth which mad him laugh.

A laugh that mad he to dimples show on his cheeks.

"Friends", he says while coming up to me and sitting down beside me.

"Perfect", I say as he turns it on netflix on his computer.

I suddenly feel a little bold and snuggle up next to him and we cuddle for the rest of the night.
