Is this jealousy Todoroki?

Chapter 4: Field Trip Day

It is 3am the students are sound asleep when suddenly someone screamed.

"WAKE UP EVERYONE! I REPEAT WAKE UP EVERYONE!" Iida yelled at the top of his lungs while banging each doors.

Midoriya was the one who checked who it was

"W-what's wrong Iida? It's 3am" while rubbing his eyes and yawning.

"Yes! we only have 2 hours left to prepare." Iida told midoriya while he kept knocking the doors.

"Oh yeah, today's the field trip"

"Yeah, we can't afford to be late or else we'll be left by the bus. Please wake up everyone, I'm going to prepare the breakfast."

"Yes!" Midoriya answered

"Oh and please tell Tokoyami, I need his help in the kitchen."

"Got it"

Midoriya managed to wake up Tokoyami. Tokoyami went straight to the kitchen to help Iida in preparing breakfast. Nothing fancy, they just made breakfast omelette and made some coffee. While Midoriya kept knocking each doors which awakened Uraraka. 

"Good morning Midoriya" Uraraka greeted Midoriya as she stretched her body.

"Good morning Uraraka." As he kept knocking the doors.

"Do you need some help waking our classmates up?"

"That would be great, I'll wake up the boys..."

"And I'll wake up the girls" Uraraka finished his sentence

"Yes, thank you!"

"No problem"

Midoriya continued waking his classmates up while Uraraka helped him. 

"Ugh! Shut up nerd! Can't you see we still got time!?" Bakugo screamed in annoyance

"But you don't want to be late!" Midoriya shouted in response

"Fine!" Bakugo managed to get up too and went straight to the showers.

All of them are finally awake and are now preparing. Students are running to back and forth from their rooms to the showers just to make sure their on time. Todoroki, Sato, Jirou, Ojiro, Shouji, Koda and Takenaga are now having their breakfast.

"We've got 1 hour left! I repeat 1 hour left!" Iida reminded his classmates

"WE KNOW FOUR EYES! WE KNOW HOW TO READ THE TIME!!" Bakugo screamed.

The class managed to finish preparing on time. Some of them are already outside the dorm while the others are still double checking their things in the common area. Mina, Kirishima, Kaminari and Mineta are jumping because of excitement. While the others kept talking about their expectations of the trip

"I'm really excited to visit the cave! It will be my first time to actually see a real cave!" Uraraka said

"Me too, I'm also looking forward for the museum... kero." Tsuyu added.

"Whoah! L-look at Yaomomo!" Hagakure told the girls while pointing at Yaoyorozu who is approaching them

Yaoyorozu is wearing a pleated pastel pink skirt, with a really cute white long sleeve blouse.

Todoroki heard the girls talking about Yaoyorozu, he glanced at her. Seeing Yaoyorozu dressed up for the first time made him smile. He almost couldn't take his eyes off of her, but eventually he managed to do so just for the sake of not looking like a creep.

"Okay! It seems like everybody's ready. Let's go!" Iida shouted

Todoroki's POV

We are about to leave, I grabbed my bag when suddenly someone bumped me, it was Takenaga. He didn't even pause to say his apologies, rather he just kept walking towards Yaoyorozu.

"Hey!" Midoriya greeted as he appeared out of nowhere

"Oh..."

"Is there a problem?" Midoriya asked

"N-no, I'm fine."

"Well, let's go. We don't want to be late."

"Yeah." I answered coldly as I looked down

We walked towards the meeting place, it's not too far tho. I walked with Midoriya and Iida, In front of us where Mineta, Kaminari, Jirou, Yaoyorozu and of course Takenaga.

"Hey Todoroki, are you sure you're fine? You've been staring at Yaoyorozu for quite a while." Midoriya asked

"It's nothing"

"Hey, Midoriya and I are your friends. Don't hesitate to tell us anything." Iida replied while Midoriya nodded

"Well... I don't know..."

"C'mon, tell us. It will be just between the three of us." Iida said

"Well... Umm... I've been noticing this since yesterday,  when Takenaga arrived. I think something's off about him. He's always around Yaoyorozu, and yesterday when I'm with them, it seems like Takenaga doesn't want me to be around them."

"Don't you think it's to soon for you to conclude that? I mean it's just his second day today." Iida said while scratching the back of his neck.

"Hmmm... well, let's keep an eye on him shall we? Maybe Todoroki's right, the fact that he transferred schools in the middle of the school year seems kinda odd too don't you think?" Midoriya replied as he scratched his chin.

"I agree. But, let us not do anything yet until there's proof that there's really something going on here."

Both Midoriya and I nodded. 

It's not long until we reached the meeting place, the bus is already waiting for us and so is Mr. Aizawa. Iida instructed us to form a single fine line as we boarded the bus. 

Upon entering the bus, I saw that most seat were already taken. I have no choice but to sit beside Aoyama.

I scanned the bus for the last time before taking a seat, suddenly my eyes met a certain onyx eyes.

Yaoyorozu was looking at me before quickly shifting here eyes to the floor smiling. I also quickly shifted my eyes elsewhere as I tried to hide my blushing face, when I noticed that Takenaga was nowhere to be found. "I just saw him recently walking towards here, where is he?"

I turned to my right to ask Aoyama when Mr. Aizawa entered the bus.

"Okay class, is everyone in here?" Mr. Aizawa asked as he scanned the bus "Where's Takenaga?"

"He told us that there's an emergency in their family that's why he needed to go home, but he'll catch up later." Kaminari answered

"I will not tolerate that kind of attitude in this class, if ever you have emergency always remember that you have to inform me first before leaving."

"Yes Mr. Aizawa" the class answered.

"Let's go" Mr. Aizawa instructed the bus driver, then off we go.
