today was the day. challenge 2. we stood at the black lake, waiting to jump in. i had a bubblehead charm because apparently, we were going to be underwater for quite a while.
it was freezing cold, even people in coats were shivering, and that wasn't good considering i was in a tanktop.
i waved to the crowd stiffly as harry burst out in a fit of coughing. i looked over at him, and mad eye moody hit him on the back a few times.
the cannon fired, and me, fleur, and viktor dived in. harry was a bit far behind. i saw as i checked when i jumped in.
we swam over to where ron weasley, hermionie granger, fleurs sister, and angie were.
i looked over at harry, who seemed to be struggling with weasley, and then i untied angie as fast as i could and swam to the surface.
we got to the surface and she gasped for air, as the crowd burst out in cheers.
we watch as everyone comes out. fleur was sitting out, wrapped in a towel, obviously very worried about something. then i realized, she wasn't there when i saw her sister. just as that thought crosses my mind, harry comes out with weasley and fleurs sister.

i walked back to the common room, with the rest of the slytherins. cedric went to talk to harry, and i noticed they've been getting closer.
i still can't believe that old hag dumbledore nearly killed me for a game.
"angie? hello?" pansy says, as she waves her hand infront of my face.
"what?" i say impatiently
"what's the matter?"
"can you believe dumbledore nearly killed me for a game? he's mad!"
"it's not like people like him anyway. he obviously has an issue with favoritism."
"angie!" i hear james behind me. i turn around and see him, smiling ear to ear.
"james!"
"come with me!"
"okay. later, pansy."
i go to walk to the dining hall with james.
"i haven't seen you in forever! okay but, i have big news!" he says.
"you're pregnant? ooh, am i the godmother?"
"better. me and potter are officially a thing now!"
"bullshit!" i yell, as a few people turn around and look at me.
"we don't need everyone knowing!" he says.
"so, where's cedric?" he asks.
"he's with harry."
"they've been spending a lot of time together, haven't they?"
"i suppose."
"are you thinking what i'm thinking?"
"hopefully not."
"i mean it's a little suspect. you can tell cedrics not straight-"
"woah woah woah! who said he's not straight?"
"angie, have you seen him? anyways, i say we should spy on them."
"fine. but no one can know."
"alright."
