"Stiles! Stiles!" I hiss, Scott and I were holding my dad up so he wouldn't collapse of exhaustion. He wasn't able to stand up on his own. We were trying to get him to open up the van in the parking garage. Dad really needed to rest.
"Stiles open the door!" Scott snaps, and he opens the door. I let out a relieved sigh.
"Help us get him in." I order, trying to get my Dad into the van. Stiles reached to pull Dad into the van, Dad stumbled past him and sat down on the bench.
"Where's Derek and Jennifer?" Stiles asks.
"We have to go back for them." I say.
"And my mom." Scott adds.
"Okay, two problems. Kali's got the keys to this thing, and we just saw the twins, like, 30 seconds ago." Stiles informs us. Scott and I shared a glance.
"Stay here." I order, and Stiles nods reluctantly. I looked over to my Dad who was passed out on the bench, snoring.
"Be careful you guys." Stiles says.
"Always am." I say, before the two of us run off into the hospital. I could tell Stiles was worried for us, he didn't want to lose his best friends to this.
Scott and I were walking fast down the hall, going with the plan we made to rescue Derek. Everything was going fine, until the Voltron twins jumped out of nowhere. They swung at us with their fists, both Scott and I ducked seeing what was coming. When do they ever stop fighting people? The werewolf's fist broke the wall behind us. I kicked them in the back, and they let out a snarl shoving me into a wall. I could feel blood dripping down my face. Scott was trying to fight the twins, but they tossed him around and pinned him against the wall, holding him by his throat.
"Where is she?" Voltron twins asks, and Scott doesn't answer. "We're trying not to hurt you."
"You have a nice way of showing that." I snap, getting up from the ground.
"Try... harder." Scott snaps. I grabbed a chair from the ground, and slammed it onto their head. Their grip on Scott lessened and they started stalking towards me growling.
"Hey!" Someone shouts, and I turn around to see Mrs. McCall coming into the hallway. "I'd like to try something." She was holding the defibrillation pads that are used for CPR. She stepped toward them and electricity ran through them. The twins fell down to the ground seizing. Scott and I looked at her surprised.
"Sweetheart." Mrs. McCall says to Scott. "Get up! Come on!" She offers him her hand, and he gratefully accepts it. The three of us fled the hallway, leaving the twins there to fend to themselves.
"Deucalion just let me go." Mrs. McCall explains. "Said it was a gesture of goodwill. No other reason."
"He always has a reason." I tell her.
"I don't think he does anything without having a reason." Scott adds, agreeing with me.
"Well, if that means I should continue to be profoundly terrified, then don't worry about that. I got that covered." Mrs. McCall says scared.
We kept walking down the hallway, until Scott stopped us. Someone else was here. Scott motioned his hand to show that he was going to go look at who was there. He stepped in front of the two of us walking forward to be met by Mr. Argent holding a gun to his head. I was standing behind him, with Mrs. McCall behind me.
"Good god, Scott, I almost shot you." Mr. Argent exclaims.
"Glad you didn't." Scott says. I noticed Allison and Isaac standing behind him.
