𝔈𝔩𝔶𝔰𝔢'𝔰 in her room, her legs pulled up to her chin as she cries in her arms. It had been hour. And as soon as they were done with her, Voldemort had dismissed them and she had ran out, even though her parents called out for her. With a blurry eyesight, she ran straight for her bedroom and closed the door behind. Her mother had tried to talk to her, but Elyse had screamed at her to go.

A knock against the door, makes her look up and she is ready to tell them to leave, but when it opens to reveal Draco, she can't. Her strength leaves and she wants to be mad at him for lying to her the past few weeks, but she can't find it in her to be mad. He closes the door and walks up to her bed, sitting down on the edge, not daring to come close because he's afraid she'd push him away.

"I'm sorry. You weren't supposed to be part of this. Your parents and I knew you wouldn't want this. I was ready to die to make sure you never became a part of this." He admits, making more tears run down her cheeks. She slowly shifts closer to him and wraps her arms around him. He doesn't hesitate to wrap his arms around her and hold her tightly to him.

"I'm sorry I wasn't there to help you through this." She breaths out, making him look at her in shock.

"Are you not mad that I lied? That I hid it from you? That I'm one of them?" He asks, making her shake her head reassuringly.

"No. I know you, Draco. You may be a bit of an asshole sometimes. But you're not a killer." She says weakly, making him tighten his grip around her. "I'm a little mad that you hid it from me and you didn't just come to me."

"I'm sorry. I wanted to protect you from this." He says, making her pull away, tears still rolling down her cheeks. She puts her hands on his cheeks as tears form in his own eyes.

"And who was going to protect you, Draco? Because it doesn't seem like your father will." She points out, making him sigh as he shrugs weakly.

"It doesn't matter."

"It does. Because you're suffering. And no one was there to help you. Draco, if something happened to you... I couldn't... I couldn't live without you." She says softly, making him look at her through tears as they slowly start rolling down his cheeks. "I love you. And we're in the worst possible situation right now. I don't think anyone can save us. But we have to stay with each other okay? Promise you'll tell me everything. And I mean everything, even the colour of your underwear."

"Only if you tell me yours." He says, making them both chuckle before she rubs her thumb on his cheek to wipe his tears. "I love you too. I'm scared, Ely."

"I know me too." She says as she pulls him back in her arms. She buries her face in his shoulder.

"I have to kill Dumbledore. Or he'll kill us." He blurts out, making her stiffen and her breath gets stuck at the back of her throat. "I'll have to do it."

"I know." She says, closing her eyes as she runs a hand through his hair in a comforting manner. "We'll get through this. I promise."

They stay in each other's arms for a while, before they shift to lie down in the bed. Draco is the first to fall asleep, followed by Elyse. After a while Victoria slowly opens the door to check on her daughter, but a smile weakly forms on her face at the sight. She pulls Narcissa to see the sight, who also beams. Victoria closes the door again, before looking at Narcissa.

"We have to make sure he doesn't ruin them. We have to protect them." Victoria says in a whisper, making Narcissa nod in agreement.

"I already talked to Snape. He is willing to look after them while at Hogwarts." Narcissa informs her, making Victoria smile gratefully.

"We're in this alone. The consequences could be deadly." Victoria reminds Narcissa who nods in understanding.

"I know. But for them it's worth it."
