𝔈𝔳𝔢𝔯𝔶𝔬𝔫𝔢 is gathered in front of the now destroyed Hogwarts. In between the Death Eaters with the Dark Lord and the Hogwarts students lies the body of Harry. Voldemort had proudly announced it as everyone gathered. Ron and Hermione held each other's hands tightly in fear of what's to happen next. They hadn't seen Elyse since the wedding, unsure if she was alive or not.

"From this day forth. You put your faith in me. Harry Potter is dead and now is the time to declare yourself. Come forward and join us. Or die." Voldemort announces to the whole crowd of students, who are shocked by the announcement.

"Draco." Lucius Malfoy calls out for his son, holding his hand out for him to come. Draco looks around, trying to find Elyse, trying to find a reason to not go. He looks back at his parents and then towards Elyse's parents, who seem to also be searching for their daughter. "Draco."

His heart drops as there is no sign of Elyse around and he slowly, but hesitantly start making his way to his parents. He stops right next to Hermione and looks at her, asking her silently if she knew where Elyse is, but she simply shakes her head. Taking a deep breath he continues his way towards his parents, as he's halfway he doesn't notice the girl behind him emerging. Elyse notices him making his way towards Voldemort.

"Draco!" She calls out, as she rushes down the steps, and moves past Hermione and Ron, who smile in relief to see her again. He turns around, and a look of relief passes through his eyes. "Don't. Don't go."

"Draco." Lucius calls out again, making Draco look at his father. "Draco, for the sake of your family. Come here."

"Remember in our fourth year. When we got into that fight. We had a class on Amortentia and it revealed that it was you. Do you remember? I thought I hated you, because you had acted in ways I couldn't believe it was you. But I was wrong, I loved you and I still do." Elyse says weakly, making Draco look at her softly. "You're not a bad person, Draco. Don't let them make you think you are. Please, don't go."

Narcissa can sense that Draco wants to go with Elyse and she smiles at him reassuringly. Draco backs away from them and makes his way back to Elyse, who lets out a breath she didn't realise she was holding. As soon as they're arms reach from each other, she pulls him into a hug. She watches in shock as Neville Longbottom slowly limps towards Voldemort.

"Well I must say I'd hope for better. And who might you be young man?" Voldemort asks as Neville stops halfway between the students and the Death Eaters.

"Neville Longbottom."

"Well, Neville. I'm sure we can find a place for you in our rank." Voldemort says as his followers laugh. Draco pulls away and turns around to face the other side, still holding on to her.

"I'd like to say something." Neville announces, making Elyse raise her eyebrows in confusion.

"Well, Neville. I'm sure we had all be fascinated to hear what you have to say." Voldemort says mockingly but allows, Neville to continue.

"Doesn't matter that Harry's gone. People die everyday. Friends. Family. Yeah, we lost Harry tonight. He's still with us in here." Neville says as he points at his heart, making Elyse smile softly as tears form in her eyes. "Remus. Tonks. They didn't die in vain. But you will because you're wrong. Harry's heart did beat for us. For all of us."

Neville pulls out the sword, just as Harry rolls out of Hagrid's arms and falls to the floor, pulling out a wand. Elyse let's put a breath of relief as she chuckles softly, shaking her head. She looks up at Draco, who smiles softly, before they look back towards their parents. They see them slip away and leave, but Victoria and Narcissa turn to look at them, smiling proudly at them.

"You ready?" Elyse asks Draco, as they both look at each other. He nods, before he pulls her inside Hogwarts, with the Golden Trio behind. He suddenly stops once they're inside and quickly pecks her lip.

"Be careful." He says, and she smiles as they let go of each other.

"You too. I love you."
