Ch. 28

The next morning I awoken in Chris's arms. I looked up and smiled at the sleeping boy beside me. I carefully moved out of Chris's arms and left the room quietly. Successfully not disturbing him. I grabbed the first hoodie I found on the floor and threw it on. Along with my shorts which were on the floor. I noticed I had put Chris's hoodie on. I walked downstairs and found everyone had gone except for Heidi and Tyler. Who had already started cleaning the mess that's been left from the party. I looked at the wall clock and seen it was 11am.

Y/n- "good morning guys"
Ty- "morning"
H- "so what did Chris get you?"
Y/n- "he got me this"

I walked over to Heidi and showed her the necklace.

H- "that's cute. Does that mean?"

I nodded.

Y/n- "we're dating"
H- "finally"

She dropped the garbage bag in her hand and hugged me tightly.

Y/n- "okay okay. Let's get this house cleaned up before my mum comes home tomorrow"

We began cleaning the house. We'd finished almost 2 hours later and I realised Chris was still asleep. I went back up to my room and carefully climbed onto my bed beside him. He was lying flat on his stomach. His arms tucked up under the pillow to support his head. I started scratching his back lightly.

Y/n- "Chris honey"
C- "mmm"

He moaned in response.

Y/n- "it's almost 2pm"

He rolled over to face me.

C- "hi babe"

He said in his raspy morning voice. Even though it's the afternoon.

Y/n- "wanna go get some lunch? I'll drive"
C- "okay"

He said jumping out of bed and getting dressed. I grabbed my keys off my dresser and we went downstairs.

Y/n- "we're going to get some lunch. Do you guys wanna come?"
H- "yeah. Ty?"

He nodded. I locked up the house and we left. I knew Jesse took Frenchie with him to stay at his friends house. I texted my brother that we were all going out and that the house was clean if he wanted to return home. Before I began driving us all to Chick-fil-A.
