Not So Happy Campers - Part 2

"Okay, your first task is threefold." said Chris as he began announcing the challenges.

"Your first task is to jump off this 1000 foot high cliff into the lake."

"Piece of cake." said Bridgette like this was nothing.

Jesse and Gwen weren't seeing it that way.

"If you look down, you will see two target areas." Chris instructed. "The wider area represents the part of the lake that we have stocked with psychotic man-eating sharks!"

"He can't be serious!" said Gwen.

"He is." said a rather nervous Jesse.

"Inside that area is a safe zone. That's your target area, which we're pretty sure is shark free."

"Excuse me?" said Leshawna.

"Did you say that that very small target zone is supposedly shark free?" Jesse added. "I should've gotten funeral arrangements before arriving."

"For each member of your team that jumps and actually... survives..."

He had a rather unnerving pause before he said *survives*. Confidence was no longer existing right now.

"... there will be a crate of supplies waiting below."

They all looked down at the beach at the bottom of the cliff to see two piles of cates.

"Inside each crate are supplies that you'll need for the second part of the challenge. BUILDING A HOT TUB! The team with the best one gets to have a wicked... hot tub party tonight."

Chris then pointed to the docks.

"The losers... will be sending someone home."

/"So we're going to be jumping to our deaths... just to make a bath? Alright."/ (Jesse)

"Let's see. Killer Bass... you're up first."

That was a mega relief for the Gophers.

"Hey, don't sweat it guys. I heard that these shows always make the interns do the stunts first to make sure it's survivable." said Owen.

"We'll need diving cages for this to be survivable." said Jesse.

Jesse watched as the Bass team went jumping for it.

Bridgette went first and jumped into the safe zone perfectly

"Hm. Impressive." said Jesse.

"Wish we had those guts for this shit too. I'm not fond of getting eaten" said Gwen.

Tyler went next and despite his initial enthusiasm, he ended up crashing onto a buoy. Ouch.

Some of the Gophers cringed back.

"Considering what happened at the docks, I'm surprised he didn't give himself a thumbs up for that." said Gwen.

"He should be giving himself a trip to the hospital." said Jesse.

Geoff, Eva and an unimpressed Duncan jumped and landed in the safe zone. And Duncan's reaction was without a doubt... weird.

DJ didn't jump and ended up with a chicken hat from Chris, losing a point for the Bass. he walked down some escalators called the chicken path quite sadly.

Well at least he didn't fall to his death. The guy didn't seem to deserve to be here.

Ezekiel went next and ended crashing onto a piece of the cliff and began spiraling out of control into the safe zone.
