The teams were awoken by Chris and were sitting in front of him at the campfire site.

"Campers, today's challenge will test your outdoor survival skills. I'm not gonna lie to you... some of you may not come back alive." Chris said.

Some of the campers gasped at this. Jesse was more concerned with Gwen. She had her arms and eyes crossed in anger the whole day.

"Just joking. All you have to do is spend one night in the woods. Everything you need is at your team's campsite in the forest. You just have to find it." said Chris as he tossed Duncan and Heather each a map and a compass.

"Oh, and watch out for bears. Lost a couple of interns in pre-production. First team back for breakfast wins invincibility. Chris said before pulling out an air horn to start off the challenge.

Well, off you go." he said.

"Did he say there were bears up in here?" said a rather nervous Leshawna.

"I hope he was lying." responded Jesse.

"I had a little encounter with a bear once. Let's just say his head looks real nice up on my mantle." said Owen.

/"Owen killed a bear? A little hard to believe but considering what's been happening on this island, I'm not gonna ask. Wonder how Gwen is though. She's been angry the whole morning. Guess yesterday is still getting to her. And who was that person she was referring to in her diary? The only ones I can think fit the bill are me and Trent. True, shamisens aren't exactly guitars but they do have a lot of similarities. Maybe I'm just overthinking things, but I do know Gwen needs more time to cool off."/ (Jesse)

As the Gophers walked through the woods, Gwen was at the head of the group.

"Hey Gwen, wait up." called Trent and he ran up to her side.

"Can I walk with you?" he asked.

"No." she responded.

"Hey, if this is about that whole diary thing..." Gwen simply walked off, leaving Trent behind.

"She'll be fine. She just needs some alone to cool off. Yesterday was quite shitty for her." said Jesse, placing a hand on Trent's shoulder.

"Thanks man." said Trent.

The two of them walked together as they ventured deeper into the woods.

But then the worst happened. Heather began complaining.

"Urgh! She is so the next one to leave!" she said angrily scratching her arm from an ant bite.

"Who?" asked Trent.

"Who do you think? She dumped Harold's red ant farm into my bed!" complained Heather.

"Gee I wonder why. I guess it's because reading her diary out in front of the whole viewing world and humiliating her in the process was quite a stupid idea, Heather." responded Jesse faking innocence.

"SO?!" retorted Heather.

"So? That was pretty harsh." said Trent.

"She is going down!" yelled Heather and the Gophers continued walking.

Trent and Jesse exchanged a concerned look and kept walking.

"Who thinks Heather's going to do something stupid?" Jesse said to Trent.

"It. Any idea what's wrong with Gwen, Jesse?" Trent asked.

"Obviously her diary. Reeling back from global humiliation and having some of your secrets out in the wild isn't exactly something you easily walk away from. Kinda hoped that talk I had with her would do the job." Jesse explained.
