she knew it had to be good news because for the last week he had the biggest smile on his face.
harrie was very anxious to know.
"are you gonna tell us the news or not father? the suspense is killing me." harrie states before her father chuckles.
"alright, alright! i know you're all probably anxious to know what's been going on with me lately."
"you're damn right. come on, don't leave us hanging." tracee laughs.
"i got a huge promotion at my job. you're all looking at a senior partner at the firm."
everyone cheers.
"that's amazing daddy."
"i know! my salary has tripled and that means we can get that dream house you wanted honey."
tracee smiles hugely.
"this is so amazing. im really happy for you darling." tracee kisses her husband gently.

"im really happy for you dad." yara goes to hug her step father.
harrie smiles hugely before going to hug her father after yara.
"congratulations daddy."
tom kisses her daughter on the cheek before they all celebrate his promotion as a family. ************ harrie honestly didn't want to go to this party. she knew that she'll see everyone here and she didn't really care for them.
she knows she promised niall and lou she'd be there but she was definitely dreading going.

"maybe i should stay at home."
"oh come on harrie. youre already dressed and ready to go." vanessa states.
"shes right girl. besides, you look fucking amazing." ariana tells her.

harrie takes a deep breath before nodding.
