Chapt 9

EUNJI

I was terrified at what was going to happen to me as I have just realised that Suzy was all against me.I heard whispers and chattering noises in front of me,I looke up a little as I peeked through my fingers and saw Suzy whispering to her friends what to do.

"Hey you!"Suzy's ASSISTANT,Rachel called out to me.I slowly showed my face from covering it using my hands."Yes?"I asked politely."You.We want you to follow us.Now." I turned and looked at Hae soo and Minah who was in fear.They made small gestures such that it made me feel they didn't want me to follow Rachel.As a result,I just followed Rachel.

I didn't know what they were about to do but I am fearing for the worst when they brought me to the school's balcony."Eunji.Where's your phone?!Give it to me now!"Rachel said brutally.I kept quiet and didn't replied."YAHHH!!!I AM ASKING YOU SOMETHING!"Rachel yelled.I looked at her and replied casually,"I don't have a phone." She glared at me."Since you talked back to me..I will make you suffer."She said and made gestures to her accomplices and her accomplices pulled me up and one of them pulled my shirt and skirt."Lets see how well you can do without this!"Rachel said grinning evily.I fidgeted and tried to run away but the grasp of the girls that were holding onto me was too strong for me to even escape.I stood there with only my undergarments on and Rachel immediately got hold of my clothes and checked through every pocket for any PHONE."Who said that you didn't have a phone?!" She grabbed me by my chin and showed me my phone.I stared at her and she let go off me."Isn't it here?" She asked sarcastically and slapped me in the face.The force of the slap made me fall to the floor.

Just then,I heard the entrance door to the balcony creaking.I didn't turn around as I felt weakness in me."What were you doing?!!"I heard someone yelling at Rachel.The voice sounds so familiar...Could it be....Oh my gawd..No.Its Jungkook.He didn't see me without a uniform and quickly gave me his sweatshirt and sweatpants to me.He helped me up and placed a jacket over me and turned to Rachel."I warn you.If you are going to treathen or bully Eunji,in other words,you will get kicked out off the class too." He quickly brought me to the nearest girls' toilet(he didn't go in of course) and told me to change quickly before the next lesson.

/after changing clothes/

"Why did they pick on you?"Jungkook asked me with a worried face."They...They wanted to take revenge because..You kicked Suzy out of class....And I heard that Suzy was the class's commitee board head leader too.."I muttered softly.He kept very quiet and nodded his head."I am sorry to have made you get all this."He apologised."Erm..No need for the apology..Its my fault too." Jungkook looked at me and I didn't look back at him.We walked to class together as such that I won't get bullied anymore.I have totally forgotten about Hae Soo and Minah and when I passed by the library,I remembered about my two best friends.I turned to Jungkook and immediately said that Hae Soo and Minah were in trouble as such that they were in the hands of Suzy.

I ran to the corridor beside the main hall where me and my two friends were at previously and to my surprise,I saw Hae Soo standing infront of me.Her face was covered with tears and scars can be found on her hands and legs.When she noticed me,she ran towards me and gave me a hug."Where were you Eunji??!" She cried."I couldn't find you!" "I was brought to the balcony.Where is Minah?"I asked Hae Soo with anxiousness.Hae Soo stopped hugging me and took a few steps back away from me."What has happened to her?Is she alright?"I asked,getting more anxious."Sh-She...She..She was beaten!I don't know what's happened.But she was beaten till there was a pool of blood.Suzy asked her friends to beat us up but Minah was protecting me.She sacrificed it for me.When Suzy took something that was sharp,I could feel that Minah was stabbed in the back." What.Minah...Minah...She was stabbed???I couldn't believe this."She was stabbed?!?"I asked,my face becoming pale white."Yes,after Suzy went away..Minah told me to find you immediately and get back to her as quick as possible that's what I am doing now!" I quickly dragged Jungkook along with me and asked Hae Soo to lead the way.

When we arrived at where Minah was,my eyes was red and my eyes were puffed.I looked at the most beautiful girl who was my best friend since young laying on the floor.I checked if she was breathing and no doubts,she was not breathing.I was terribly shocked and couldn't help myself to hug Minah's cold body and shake it continuously,hoping she would wake up."MINAH!!!MINAH!!!"I yelled as tears flowed down my cheeks.Seeing no response,I claimed the fact that Minah..Was indeed...Dead.With my shocked facial expression,I stopped shaking the cold body and felt my heart sank.

On that very day,my best friend died before my eyes..Leaving me in the world full of darkness.
