Applying the finishing touches on my make-up, I force a smile as I look in the mirror.

A powerful beige pantsuit, sleek eyeline completed with nude lipstick, I pick out the heels that I'll be making an entrance with.

Somehow it felt like the first time I met Park Seo Joon all over again. The butterflies in my stomach, the unknown courage that is firing up my chest and the frustration of this whole situation seems to be the perfect combination for me.

I've decided to fight back.

Glancing at the screen, an notification have pop up stating that the driver I've booked for has arrived. I took another quick look at my reflection,push back my hair and straighten my suit.

This could possibly be a suicide mission. That thought made my stomach churn and I push the thought of throwing up away.

I mutter under my breath as I lock the door shut and made my way down to the lobby.

Memories of me standing in the hotel elevator heading to Park Seo Joon surface as I now stare at the numbers heading downwards instead. Funny how life works, it seems to have come to a full cycle. My fist tighten at the thought of the current situation we are in.

My gaze return to the elevator door as it slide open. If I am the one who started this mess, I shall be the one who will end this.

Cutting my thoughts off, I realize Jae standing at the lobby as if waiting for an elevator up.

I watch as his grin grew wider and a chuckle left his lips. I gasp at the late realization of this whole mess.

"You need to know this Haeryn...he destroy our relationship, and even my career...he deserves this!"

I could feel my nails digging deep into my own flesh as I tighten my fist so hard. I cannot afford to argue with him now, I need to rush to Park Seo Joon.

Walking off from him, I head straight towards the car.

"Bet you didn't know he hired a private investigator to tail you the whole time? Why did you think he trusted you at all?...Silly Haeryn"

I hear him laughing away as I paused at his words and felt the pressure rising to my head.
