Y/N POV I woke up early that morning and got ready for work. "Hey Lexy, do you mind if I leave an hour early, I was invited to a party." I asked my boss she is only two years older then me but I see her like a mother figure.
"Sure that's fine you might have to make it up next week tho." She smiled
"Alright thanks, ill get back to work." I'm super excited to go to the party I already have my outfit ready!

Few hours later While I was finishing up someone came in, "Welcome ho-" When I looked up I saw him, my ex.
"Y/N! So you do work here." He said hugging me
"Hahah, yeah I do, what are you doing here?" I said getting out of his hug.
"Well I wanted to see you actually," he responded scratching the back of his neck.
"Oh well what do you need?" I asked cringing, after what he did he has the audacity to come see me again?
"Well I was hoping to take you out to diner, I miss you." He giggled
I was shocked, angry, sad and confused.
"What happened to Samantha?" I asked in a sassy tone
"Come on y/n it was a mistake I love you!" He stated then grabbed my arm, obviously I pushed his hand away.
"Sigh come with me you're causing a ruckus," I walked to the break room and made sure it was just the two of us.
"What actually happened?" I asked annoyed
"It's the truth! I missed you, i'm so sorry I broke your heart but please give me another chance." He begged
"Jacob, you cheated on me with SAMANTHA my best friend at the time." I shouted
"I deserve to be yelled at but please come on." he sighed looking at me with puppy dog eyes
