[narrative]The climate today was perfectly cold, although not freezing. Most had chosen to spend this perfect day to go out and have a nice walk around in thick coats and play with the snow falling mysteriously from the sky. The others decided to stay in and rest beside the fireplace, holding a hot cup of coffee or hot chocolate in their hands and blankets and all sorts of funky sweaters had been worn. And as ironic as it may sound, it had a certain warmth to it.
It gave the feeling of nostalgia to the citizens of Kinjungsin, where back in the day, they would throw snowballs at each other and only laugh even if their strands of hair had already turned white like Anna's of Frozen or of an old lady's. Where their faces flushed into a crimson color due to the cold, and even redder thanks to the impact coming from the flying snowballs. The coffee shops today were the main attraction, couples grabbed this opportunity to have a romantic date with their dearly loved ones whilst some went with their group of friends and decided to secretly gaze at these sweet couples, mocking them or wishing they had that special person of their own.
Yet, there was one person, one person who was spending all this time inside his dim and poorly lit room, with no current source of light except the laptop bestowed infront of him. Seokjin decided to trifle away the opportunity to go out and enjoy the climate of perfection to type away and write his online story.
"After much awaited... Jay finally confessed his love. And almost immediately after he decided to do it... all his worries dissipated away after hearing a group of words that sent shivers down his spine. "I love you too..." Daisy muttered...."
The young author sighed as he took off the glasses resting atop his nose, "If only I had done the same, Jay." His head slightly tilted in annoyance after recalling one of his unpleasant memories from before. To his readers, he seemed like he experienced so much love from relationships already thanks to all his works themed Romance. But oh boy was that so wrong.
Rejected. That was all he was.
Throughout all his recent years he never actually experienced serious romantic love, and by now he's accepted that fact. His current situation right now where he was wrapped around in all his thick blankets, lights not turned on like he was some sort of handsome bat, and only a device with a blinding light source was living proof he had no interest in such things.
Daydreaming about fictional couples was one of his favorite habits, and once he decided to pursue this through an online website called 'KoyaPad' only for practice for his actual career, his stories have blown up ever since. This brought him happiness and it was almost enough to fill his heart missing that one key component.
His back arched as small grunts exited his throat while stretching after a day of typing. His fingers were a centimeter away from touching the keys again until-
"Seokjin-hyung! Emergency!!!".
Seokjin grumbled while looking down at the ground walking. "Isn't this nice, hyungs?" Jungkook asked, admiring their surroundings and smiling at the little kids they passed by. "It's nice, Junki, but you need to learn the difference between an 'emergency' and 'OH MY GOSH SEOKJIN-HYUNG IT'S SO NICE OUT TODAY!'"
Seokjin crinkled his face and made his voice pitch higher while impersonating Jungkook out of spite. It made the two other males laugh at him being upset. Namjoon let out a last giggle before nudging the eldest with his elbow, "Come on, Jin, it's nice to finally go outside and breathe fresh air instead of staying in like a bat, huh?"
It caused the latter to pout and glare at him, "Mean," was all he could say. The two bickered a little more until they realized the faint, childish voice that once kept butting in at random times was now missing. "Where's Junki?!"
A slight panic sparked inside of the two and they started whipping their heads all over the place. "JUNKI?!" "HELLO?!" they shouted while walking back to the direction they came from, in hopes of finding their Junki, aka Jungkook.
"Wait! Wait! Seokjin! He texted me." they huddled around the small device, "Hyungs, I'm sorry but a friend of mine called. This might take a while, please enjoy yourselves!"
Once done reading, Seokjin sighed and pivoted his foot to turn around, "Come on, Namjoon. Let's go home." His feet were about to touch the ground, if it weren't for someone who grabbed his arm.
"No, Jin. It's really nice out today, and Junki said to enjoy ourselves... and I'd like to spend time with you so let's not go home." his explanation was quick and he stuttered a few times, but Seokjin felt heat rise up to his cheeks after processing what the other had just said.
"Okay... then..." he turned back and fixated his stance to show he was completely paying attention to the younger but taller. "L..Let's go..." Namjoon said, still sounding quite unsure.
