The best part of your life
won't be the grand gestures,
the parties full of nameless faces,
the life you try to lead to impress people,
the things you do to share with your friends
and put on social media. No it will be the small,
nameless moments
spent smiling
with people who matter to you.
The days
and nights just spent living,
existing.
Because we shouldn't wait
'till we start to die
before we truly start to cherish
being alive.

Thoughts from my brain
PoetryIt's poetic, in a way. This is a mixture of poems and short passages. I'm writing these for myself, I guess, as a way to collect my thought, but I hope you enjoy the little pieces of me you read.
