HER EYES CHANGE AND SO DOES SHE

Chapter 21; "Can you shoot an apple off my head?"

        I awoke with a much wanted stretch and rub my tired eyes. I got up and grabbed my everyday outfit and changed into it. People say that Catastrophe is nocturnal. I seem to agree seeing as I woke as the sun was prepared to set.

        I just finished placing my weapons on my back when I heard a gruff distant voice. I pulled on my mask and flipped out my window onto the thirty foot drop. I landed with ease as I do everytime on the rooftop that sits below my home. I began hopping from roof top to the voice. I pulled my bow an arrow at the ready.

        I landed with a quick stop as I finally was on top of the voice. I peered down at the dank alley way and located the store. The Foot Clan and to my dismay Hun was speaking. I silently landed on the hidden fires escape and hung upside down with my legs secured in place to hold me. I listened to what they were speaking.

        "What are we going to do boss?" a lower trainee spoke.

        "We are going to destroy her. She has corrupted enough of our plans." he hissed. I gave a smile and pulled back my bow and aimed it towards his shoulder. With the release of my arrow I pulled myself up and onto the roof. I heard a deep scream and chatter.

        "It was her. She has been listening. What do we do?" a chorus of voices asked Hun. I gave a smirk at the wounded man who now clutched my arrow and ripped it from his shoulder. Before anyone could notice me I was gone. I ran to the inner parts of the city and began smiling as I watched people connect with there loved ones on the streets.

        I should be with the turtles I should be graduated. I should be with my mum and with Tsukiko. But that is just it, Tsukiko is with me. We are building trust and hope again. I am so excited for our meeting tonight. I will have to tell her about Hun and his plan to kill me.

         I laughed at the thought of it as I stepped up to an air conditioner on top of a building. I looked out over the grand city of New York. I counted the arrows that remained and soon found myself traveling to the shop I steal them from. I landed on the roof in quick time and entered the cooling shaft which was off to save money. I landed in the store with a silent drop and began to the arrows.

        I grabbed all in stock and left a clean hundred on the counter with a note telling them I took the arrows. I sighed it with my Catastrophe signature and ventured to leave. I looked at the time on a bank sign and headed to mine and Tsukiko meeting place. I was resting on a window sill about to climb on the roof when I heard a two voices talking a head.

        "Mikey, go home!" Tsukiko said panic in her voice.

        "No Tsukiko, tell me whats going on." MIkey said his voice softening at the end.

        "I just want to be alone." she said softly. My ears twitched and as I heard Mikey reply back to her.

        "Honour wants me to watch over you and I will do that till the day I die." he had said. I felt it was time to go to on the roof. I stepped up soundlessly and walked over to the oblivious pair.

        "She has come to meet me." I said softly. Both heads snapped twoards me in a shock.

        "Hello Mikey." I spoke sadly at his shocked face.

        "Honour?" he questioned in a sad tone. I could tell he was having a hard time digesting this but he was mentally trying to pull through it based off of his emotions.

        "I am pleased to see you, but this is quiet short noticed." I said softly. I pulled my mask free from my head and held it in my hands. My ears stay perched on my head as I watched Mikey intently.
