Chapter 36

"Goodmorning" I opened my eyes as soon as I heard his voice. Ngumiti ako at saka ininat ang mga kamay ko. I sat down on the bed now fully clothed.

"Goodmorning" I smiled when he sat sat down. My arms immediately flew on his neck to pull him closer for a hug. It felt so good, para akong inaalo sa langit.

"How's my baby's sleep?" He now scooped my legs so I could sit on his lap, still keeping my right arm hanging on his shoulders.

"Good, ikaw?" He smirked before planting a small kiss in my nose making me giggle.

"Great" He smiled. I started playing with his hair, napapisip ako kung aalis na ba ako sa pagkakandong sakaniya dahil hindi pa ako nagtotooth brush, I wonder if he minds?

"M-Mag totoothbrush muna ako" I pressed my lips into a thin line. He just chuckled at my response before letting me go.

"I'll wait for you downstairs?" Ngumiti ako at saka mabilis na tumango.

"I'll cook breakfast?" Tumayo na din siya at saka tumango. I was already making my way to his bathroom when I remembered my toothbrush is at my room.

"Okay then, I'll wait" Akmang aalis na siya nang higitin ko ang palapulsunan niya.

His brows furrowed in confusion. "Uh...'yung toothbrush at mga gamit ko kasi asa kwarto ko..." He smiled at that, para bang wala siyang pakialam sa sinabi ko.

"I already moved your things here" Umawang ang labi ko sa gulat at pagkamangha. Now that's fast, akala ko kasi sa kabila parin ako matutulog. Well that's nice to know.

"Oh, o-okay" I licked my lips before entering the bathroom. Nang makapasok ako doon ay napasandal ako sa pinto habang blangkong nakatitig sa kisame.

I slowly touched my neck remembering his touches and kisses. How it made me feel so alive and insatiable, how I begged for him inside me last night.

Everything felt untrue, like I'm living in a fairytale. Then my fingers moved to my lips, reminiscing how he branded mine with his.

I never felt this happy ever since, only with him.

It's like he has this kind of magic spell that he casted upon me years ago that I can't seem to remove. Ngumiti ako dahil doon, never knew spells are this wonderful.

I shooked my head before I started brushing my teeth, tama nga siya. Andito lahat ng personal hygiene ko. From toothpaste, to toothbrush, to skicare, to hair care, everything you could think of.

I couldn't help the lingering smile on my face. See? even his most simplest and most basic gestures makes me smile!

Gosh Elaine, I just hope you won't fuck up this time.

Pagkababa ko, nakita ko si Adrian na nakaupo sa sala habang nagtatype sa laptop niya. It looks like he's currently working so I didn't disturbed him.

I thought of cooking breakfast already but I stopped midway when my phone started ringing. Nakita kong bumaling ang atensiyon doon ni Adrian na hindi ko pinansin, instead I looked at the caller id.

Calista calling...

"Si Calista" I informed he just nodded before going back to what he's doing.

"Hello Cal?" Inipit ko kaagad ang telepono sa pagitan ng balikat at tenga ko habang naghahanap ng pwedeng lutuin sa luob ng ref.

"My gosh Elaine! Is it true?! You and Adrian are married? And you have a kid?! Kailan pa? Bakit wala akong kaalam alam!" I stopped searching for something to cook as soon as I heard Calista's laments.
